A touch module and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The touch module includes a substrate, at least one bridge, an active layer, at least two first touch electrodes, at least two second touch electrodes, and at least one electrode channel. The bridge is disposed on the substrate. The active layer overlays the bridge and the substrate. The first touch electrodes are embedded in the active layer and electrically touch the bridge, so that the first touch electrodes are electrically connected to each other via the bridge. The electrode channel is embedded in the active layer, and is configured to allow the second touch electrodes to be electrically connected to each other. The first touch electrodes are electrically isolated from the second touch electrodes.

Touch module and manufacturing method thereof

A touch panel stackup comprises a substrate, a first conductive element having a first refractive index and forming a plurality of patterns with on or more gaps on the substrate having an address for sensing tactile signals in a first direction and a second direction, a second conductive element having a second refractive index coupled with said plurality of patterns an insulator disposed among said one or more gaps, the second refractive index being substantially the same as said first refractive index.

Touch panel device

A touch module and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The touch module includes a substrate, at least two first touch electrodes, at least two second touch electrodes, at least one electrode channel, and at least one bridge. All of the first touch electrodes, the second touch electrodes, and the electrode channel are embedded in the substrate. The electrode channel is configured to connect the second touch electrodes to each other. The bridge crosses over the electrode channel, is configured to electrically connect the first touch electrodes to each other. The first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes are insulated from each other.

A touch panel is partitioned into a sensing region and a circuit region and the circuit region is positioned around the edges of the sensing region. The touch panel comprises an electrode layer, a first wire layer, a second wire layer and an insulating layer. The electrode layer is disposed in the sensing region. The first wire layer is disposed in the circuit region and electrically connects to the electrode layer. The second wire layer electrically connects to the first wire layer in the circuit region. The insulating layer has a portion being disposed between the first wire layer and the second wire layer in the circuit, and has a plurality of first through holes wherein the first wire layer electrically connects to the second wire layer through the first through holes. The present disclosure also provides a method of manufacturing a touch panel.

Touch panel and manufacturing method thereof

A manufacturing process for forming a touch structure utilizes a first anti-etching optical layer to define the electrodes pattern and utilizes a second anti-etching optical layer to define the traces pattern. The first anti-etching optical layer and the second anti-etching optical layer do not need to be removed. The refractive index of the first anti-etching optical layer and the refractive index of the second anti-etching optical layer can be adjusted to reduce the display difference between the etched region and the non-etched region.

Touch panel and method for forming a touch structure

A touch module and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The touch module includes a substrate, at least two first touch electrodes, at least two second touch electrodes, at least one conductive residual material, at least one electrode channel, and at least one bridge. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface and the second surface are opposite to each other. The conductive residual material is formed on the second surface of the substrate. All of the first touch electrodes, the second touch electrodes, and the electrode channel are embedded in the substrate. The electrode channel is configured to electrically connect the second touch electrodes to each other. The bridge is disposed on the first surface of the substrate, and configured to electrically connect the first touch electrodes to each other. The first touch electrodes are isolated from the second touch electrodes.

An electrode pattern structure of a capacitive touch panel is provided. The electrode pattern structure of a capacitive touch panel of the present invention, in one embodiment, comprises a substrate, at least one first electrode disposed on said substrate, an insulator disposed on said at least one first electrode, at least one second electrode disposed on said insulator and overlapped with said at least one first electrode at least one intersection, and at least one protective block located on said at least one second electrode and positioned at said at least one intersection.

Electrode pattern structure of a capacitive touch panel and method of manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to a touch sensing layer which comprises at least one first-axis sensing electrode, second-axis sensing electrode, insulating element and conductive bridge. Each first-axis sensing electrode comprises a plurality of first electrode patterns with discontinuity-in-series, and each second-axis sensing electrode is configured to interlace with each first-axis sensing electrode and comprises a plurality of second electrode patterns with continuity-in-series. Each insulating element is continuously formed on the corresponding second-axis sensing electrode, and each conductive bridge is also continuously formed above the corresponding first-axis sensing electrode and crosses the insulating element to connect those first electrode patterns with discontinuity-in-series.
