An exemplary personal care product includes a composition that is applied to the body or clothing, or an article applied against the body; a plurality of particles associated with the composition or a component of the article, the plurality of particles, at least some of the plurality of particles comprising a cyclodextrin complexing material and a first fragrance material, wherein the percent of the first fragrance material that is complexed with the cyclodextrin is greater than about 90%, so that the perceptibility of the first fragrance is minimized prior to its release; and a second fragrance material that is not complexed with the cyclodextrin and that is different from the first fragrance material, wherein the composition or article does not contain an antiperspirant active.

The present invention is directed to improved sweetener compositions and oral care compositions, especially those in the form of a toothpaste or oral/dental rinse, comprising the same. The sweetener composition comprises a combination of saccharin, sucralose and a rebaudioside, or sweeteners of similar sucrose equivalence and type, preferably in a ratio of about 1:about 1: about 2. The method of manufacturing comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a mixture of a favor system, one or more humectants, and one or more aqueous carrier materials; (b) adding tetrasodium pyrophosphate and calcium peroxide, all at once or in portions, under conditions wherein less than about 20% of the total pyrophosphate and calcium peroxide are dissolved in the mixture; and wherein further any remaining aqueous carrier materials not added to the mixture during step (a) are added in whole or in part in step (b) or thereafter, either by themselves or with any remaining amount of the tetrasodium pyrophosphate or calcium peroxide, under conditions such that less than about 20% of the total pyrophosphate and calcium peroxide are dissolved in the mixture; (c) heating the mixture to a temperature range of from about 38.degree.
