There is provided a helmet with at least an inner liner forming a body of the helmet, the inner liner having a concave inner surface defining a cavity configured for receiving a wearer's head. The helmet has a plurality of slippage pads disposed at selected locations on the concave inner surface and connected to the inner liner. The slippage pads have an elongated shape with its length greater than its width. Each slippage pad defines a number of integrally connected side-by-side tubes each having an opening adapted to be oriented toward the wearer's head. The openings are aligned longitudinally along the length of the slippage pads. The helmet also has an attachment system to attach the helmet to the wearer's head.

A cycling shoe comprises a sole defining an undersurface of the cycling shoe, the sole having connection holes configured for connection of a pedal cleat to the sole. An upper is connected to the sole and defining with the sole a foot-receiving cavity. An expansion zone is located in a lateral or medial subportion of a metatarsal portion and/or toe portion of the cycling shoe and configured to be opposite a portion of at least a fifth metatarsal of a wearer of the cycling shoe, the expansion zone being entirely surrounded by a window of structural upper paneling and defined by at least one panel having a greater stretching characteristics than the structural upper paneling of the window.

A helmet has an inner liner having a body of molded protective material. The body forms an inner cavity adapted to be mounted on a wearer's head to cover portions thereof. An outer shell is secured to and covers the inner liner and forms a generally continuous exposed surface of the helmet. A peripheral edge of the outer shell defines a lower contour of the helmet. Slits are defined in the outer shell and project generally upward from the peripheral edge. Flaps are defined each slit and by material of the outer shell deformed to an open position from a tucked position to open the lower contour of the helmet. A mechanism connects each flap to a remainder of the helmet at least in the tucked position.

Bicycle helmet

A helmet has an inner liner made of foam material forming a body of the helmet. The inner liner has a convex outer surface and a concave inner surface defining a cavity for receiving the wearer's head. The inner liner has a plurality of beams extending from front to rear of the helmet and spaced apart to form vents therebetween, the vents being free of foam material between adjacent beams. Rigid bridge members are comolded with the inner liner to be partially concealed in the inner liner, the at least one bridge member having at least one bridge projecting out of the foam material of two adjacent beams and extending transversely in at least one of the vents. At least one strap is provided to attach the helmet to a wearer's head.

A seat pad for a cycling garment includes a rear portion oriented to align with a buttocks region of a cyclist and an intermediate portion oriented to align with a perineum region of the cyclist, the rear portion being separated into two seat surfaces including a padded area and having an elongated groove extending from one of a front end or a rear end of the seat pad towards the intermediate portion, the elongated groove having a length longer than a width at the respective one of the front end and the rear end of the seat pad. It also relates to a cycling garment including the seat pad.

A bicycle helmet comprises a helmet body including a shock absorbing insert and an external shell overlying at least partially the shock absorbing insert. The shock absorbing insert and the external shell have a plurality of structural bridges interconnected with each other with ventilation openings extending therebetween, a majority of the structural bridges having elongated ridges protruding from a base section. The elongated ridges and the base sections of the external shell overlie a respective one of the elongated ridges and the base sections of the shock absorbing insert.

Cyclist helmet

A sport bottle defining a cavity with top open end to contain a liquid. A cap closes the cavity, the cap having a body with a spout. A conduit extends transversely through the cap and opened on opposed sides of a circumference of the body of the cap, the conduit being in fluid communication with the spout and having a passage in fluid communication with the cavity. A valve is formed of two pistons disposed onto a shaft, the pistons being sized to sealingly define with the conduit an interstitial space. The valve is displaceable by pressing the ends between a closed configuration in which the pistons block liquid from the cavity from entering the interstitial space, and a dispensing configuration in which the interstitial space is aligned with the passage and the spout to allow liquid from the cavity to reach the spout.

A stabilization strap apparatus for a helmet having a shell with at least one chin strap having a left section and a right section connected to the shell, includes an adjusting assembly shaped to fit a rear occipital portion of a wearer's cranium; and a left occipital strap section and a right occipital strap section, each strap section having a first end securable respectively to the left section and the right section of the at least one chin strap, downwardly of and spaced-apart from the casket shell and a second end slidably attached to the adjusting assembly.
