The present invention is directed to a collapsible filter apparatus. The collapsible filter apparatus includes an expandable top fluid retention portion, a filter portion and a collapsible funnel portion. These elements are joined to one another so as to provide fluid in need of filtering an expanded receptacle that can be collapsed for storage and transport.

The sifter of the present disclosure uses a pull cord in communication to assist with the sifting of a powdered substance (e.g., flour, sugar). A user places the substance to be sifted into the open end of a top container and actuates the pull cord, which in turn rotates a blade to agitate the powder and help it pass through a screen into a lower container. This design allows a user to keep their hands from touching the powdered product, and for simple cleanup.

The present disclosure provides a spotlight having a clamp that can be affixed to objects. Advantageously, the spotlight can be used portably, or affixed to an object for hands-free use. The head of the spotlight can pivot, and also rotate fully, to provide a variety of lighting angles. The body of the spotlight can include a battery compartment that is sealed to satisfy applicable waterproofing standards.

The present disclosure provides a serving assembly that comprises multiple components suitable for different food products, but which connect together easily into one unit. The components can be, in one embodiment, a cutting board, a bowl, and a tray. The tray can have a compartment for storing utensils.

The handle of the flashlight can comprise clamp arms that are biased in a closed position, and can form a clamp, which can be affixed to an object. A suction device that may be configured and conformed to a multitude of different types of kitchenware, small appliances, and other devices. The suction device comprises a base, a handle, a pivot, a plate, and a suction pad. The suction pad is connected to the plate. Two bridge-like structures with sloped undersides extend from the plate. The handle extends from the underside of one of the bridge-like structures, through the pivot, to the underside of the second bridge-like structure, and out through an elongated slot in the base. The handle is in sliding contact with the sloped undersides of the bridge-like structures.
