The invention related to a device for making a part of a composite material by resin-transfer molding, that includes a manufacturing mold in which is placed a blank of the part to be impregnated with resin, characterized in that the manufacturing mold is divided into a matrix and one or more mobile structural member to be indexed on the matrix, the whole defining, after assembly, an imprint corresponding to the shape of the part to be manufactured.

An impregnation mandrel for production of a gas turbine casing made from composite material, including: a mandrel having a central wall and two side plates; compaction bars, each including (i) a wedge configured to bear against a fibrous reinforcing part covering angles formed between the central wall and the side plates of the mandrel, and (ii) an attachment flange configured to be attached to the corresponding side plate of the mandrel; a flexible casing forming a vacuum bag and configured to be applied at least against the fibrous reinforcing part covering the central wall of the mandrel; and a mechanism for injecting resin into a space defined between the vacuum bag and the mandrel at one of longitudinal ends of the fibrous reinforcement and for extracting the resin at the opposite end.

A device for manufacturing a fan casing of a turbomachine made of composite material, in which a mold includes a cylindrical body of lengthways axis and side flanges, and in which a counter-mold includes a cylindrical body and side counter-flanges. The counter-flanges are configured to be attached securely to the flanges, the body of the mold and the body of the counter-mold are concentric, the preform is configured to be positioned between the body of the mold and the body of the counter-mold, and the material of the body of the mold has an appreciably higher expansion coefficient than that of the body of the counter-mold.

To test transverse flanges terminating at a cylindrical wall of a workpiece, an installation includes a structure in a form of a U-shaped or C-shaped stirrup whose opposite branches carry respectively an ultrasound emitter transducer and receiver transducer, aligned with respect to one another, while leaving between them an internal space for relative passage of the flange to be tested, and whose base is mounted articulated at an extremity of a mobile control arm. The installation also includes an immersion canister including two parts assembled together by a closure mechanism, one of the parts exhibiting cutouts for engaging the transverse flange and for overlapping, with the other part, the flange up to the cylindrical wall of the workpiece.
