A method for mounting the drive train components of a hybrid drive including providing an automatic transmission, which comprises a transmission casing and a transmission input shaft; a hybrid head, which is premounted as a separate assembly and which has a hybrid head casing, a rotor drive element and an output element; and an electric machine, which has a stator and a rotor, wherein the hybrid head casing is connected by flanges to the transmission casing and the output element is coupled in rotation to the transmission input shaft by means of a shaft-hub connection, and wherein the electric machine is subsequently installed in the hybrid head casing, wherein the stator is connected to the hybrid head casing and the rotor is connected to the rotor drive element.

Method for mounting drive train components of a hybrid drive

A hybrid module includes a housing, an input intended for rotationally coupling to an internal combustion engine, an output intended for rotationally coupling to an input of a gearbox, an electric machine arranged in the housing and having a stator and a rotor arranged within the stator radially, a separation clutch and a torsional vibration damper. The separation clutch and the torsional vibration damper are arranged within the rotor in both the radial and axial directions.

Hydraulic circuit for a toroidal transmission

What is proposed is a variator disk for a toroidal variator, in particular for a motor vehicle toroidal transmission. The variator disk has a curved running surface which is oriented coaxially with respect to a variator axis and on which rollers of the toroidal variator can roll. The variator disk having furthermore at least two partial disks which are designed as a traction disk, on which the running surface is formed, and as a supporting disk, respectively. The supporting disk is designed for supporting axial forces applied to the running surface. The traction disk is supported on the supporting disk in the radial direction to the variator axis.

A method for regulating and/or controlling an engine-transmission unit in a motor vehicle includes prioritizing torque demands to obtain an only torque value, storing the only torque value as a current successful situation and retaining the torque value for the previous successful situation, and processing the torque value of the current successful situation as well as the torque value of the previous successful situation to comparable torque values in each case required for the implementation of the demands. The method farther includes changing a desired torque demand at driving wheels of the motor vehicle from the torque value of the previous successful situation to the torque value of the current successful situation in the event of a priority change when the current successful situation is different from the previous successful situation, sending the desired torque demand to an electronic controller, and carrying out the desired torque demand by controlling at least one of engine parameters and a ratio of a transmission unit.

Method and system for the regulation and/or control of an engine gearbox unit in a motor vehicle

In a method and apparatus for controlling a driving engine/transmission unit having a continuously variable automatic transmission, the transmission output torque acting upon the driving wheels of a vehicle and the engine reaction torque retroacting upon the driving engine can be adjusted by way of a regulated transmission variable. For operating the control as both a torque and transmission ratio regulator, it is suggested to predefine a desired transmission output torque, and to determine the regulated transmission variable, the transmission output power, a transmission power loss, the power requirement of the driving engine (from the transmission output power and the transmission power loss), a desired engine torque and a desired rotational engine speed, a corrected desired engine torque and/or a corrected desired transmission output torque in conjunction with a change of the regulated transmission variable (torque regulator operation) and/or a desired transmission ratio and a desired engine torque with a change of the regulated transmission variable, in such a manner that a determined actual transmission ratio coincides with a calculated desired transmission ratio (transmission ratio regulator operation).

Method and apparatus for controlling a continuously variable automatic transmission

The invention concerns a process and a device for engine and transmission control in a motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine controlled by an engine control and a stepped automatic transmission controlled by a transmission control. A desired transmission output torque is realized in that except during gear shifting of the stepped automatic transmission at least the gear ratio is detected, an engine torque default (M_IND_ACC) affecting the filling and/or an engine torque default (M_IND_GS) affecting the ignition are calculated from at least the gear ratio and the transmission output torque, and these dimensions are relayed to the engine control, which controls the filling and the ignition of the internal combustion engine taking into account at least these dimensions, and during gear shifting a synchronization engine torque default (M_IND_SYNC) is calculated which provides the engine torque required at the moment after gear shifting, the engine torque default (M_IND_ACC) affecting the filling during gear shifting is calculated from at least the synchronization engine torque default, the engine torque default (M_IND_GS, M_IND_GSZF) affecting the ignition is determined in such a way that a default speed trace dependent on the gear ratio change upon the gear shifting of the transmission is adjusted,the engine torque (M_IND) realizable by the engine is determined.

Process and device for engine and transmission control in a motor vehicle

In a device for reducing engine torque between the beginning and end of a shift of a transmission in motor vehicles with a control device that detects the beginning of a shift as well as continuously determines the current engine rpm, and calculates in advance the engine rpm anticipated at the end of the shift, the amount of reduction of engine torque between the beginning and end of the shift is regulated in such a manner that a preset engine rpm curve is achieved.
