A heat exchanger is provided for a motor vehicle air-conditioning system with an inner tube and with an outer tube, which at least in regions encloses the inner tube in the region of a line portion subject to forming an intermediate space in tube longitudinal direction through which a heat exchanger medium can flow. The intermediate space at least in portions is subdivided into at least three flow channels with at least three webs running in tube longitudinal direction, which open into a distribution or manifold space formed through radial expansion of the outer tube, in which the webs compared with the line portion have a smaller extension in radial direction.

Internal heat exchanger for a motor vehicle air-conditioning system

A method for manufacturing a connection between a hose and coaxial line section is provided. The method includes providing an outer pipe, inserting an inner pipe along with a hose situated at least partially on an outer periphery of the inner pipe inside the outer pipe, and deforming the outer pipe, the inner pipe or both so that the hose becomes clamped between the inner pipe and outer pipe. A coaxial line section for a refrigerant circuit of a motor vehicle also is provided.

Solderless hose connection for a line section of an air conditioning system

A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle air-conditioning system includes: an outer tube, and an inner tube. The outer tube has a first path inlet and a first path outlet through which a first fluid is permitted to flow. The inner tube is disposed within the outer tube and has a second path inlet and a second path outlet through which a second fluid is permitted to flow. The inner tube branches off in a first region into at least two heat exchanger tubes.

Exhaust systems of a combustion engine of a motor vehicle, motor vehicles with exhaust systems, and methods for operating an exhaust system of a combustion engine in a motor vehicle are provided. An exhaust system includes an exhaust line comprising a heat exchanger branch and a bypass branch. The exhaust line has an adjustable control element by which combustion gas flowing through the exhaust line is fed to the heat exchanger branch and/or the bypass branch. A heat exchanger is connected to the heat exchanger branch and to a cooling circuit and an adjusting mechanism has an actuator for adjustment of the adjusting mechanism. The adjusting member of the adjusting mechanism is configured such that the actuator is spaced from the exhaust line.

Combustion engine exhaust system with device for heat recovery, and method for operating such an exhaust system

A connection device of a double-walled heat exchanger tube is provided, in particular for the heat exchanger of a motor vehicle air conditioning system. The heat exchanger tube has an outer tube and an inner tube that runs coaxially inside the outer tube spaced radially apart from it. The connection device further has a fitting for accommodating radially overlapping end sections of the inner and outer tube. The outer and inner tubes according to the invention are at least sectionally joined together without soldering in the area of the fitting, and with the fitting.
