A vane cell pump, including: a rotor and a plurality of vanes rotatable with the rotor, wherein the rotor includes a sub-vane chamber for each vane, and each vane forms a shifting wall of the sub-vane chamber assigned to it; first and second end-facing walls adjoining the rotor on end-facing sides and which, in order to control pressure to the sub-vane chamber, include sub-vane cavities which extend in the circumferential direction of the rotor and include control edges as viewed in the circumferential direction; wherein the control edge of the sub-vane cavity of the first end-facing wall, and the control edge of the sub-vane cavity of the second end-facing wall which is similar to it, are arranged angularly offset about the rotational axis as the apex with respect to each other.

Vane cell pump

A control valve including: a valve housing including a piston space; and a control piston which is movably arranged in the piston space and sub-divides the piston space into at least a first valve space and a second valve space, the control valve including at least a leakage path which sets a desired leakage between the first valve space and the second valve space. A motor vehicle device including an adjustable rotary pump including an adjusting means, for adjusting a delivery volume of the rotary pump, and the control valve, using which a pressure for adjusting the adjusting means can be governed, the motor vehicle device including a means which presses the control piston into a first position and holds it there, and the at least one other inlet of the control valve is connected to a high-pressure side of the rotary pump when the rotary pump is in operation.

Control valve

A rotary pump with an improved seal on a control pressure chamber, including: a housing having a delivery chamber; a feed wheel rotatable in the delivery chamber; an actuating member surrounding the feed wheel forming delivery cells and moveable in the housing relative to the feed wheel. The control pressure chamber is delineated by the actuating member together with axially facing axial co-operating surfaces, forming an axial sealing gap and a radial sealing gap. A control fluid can be introduced into the control pressure chamber for applying pressure to the actuating member to exert an actuating force in the actuating direction; a restoring device for generating a restoring force; and a sealing element arranged on the actuating member or the circumferential co-operating surface. To compensate for a change in gap width of one of the axial sealing gaps, a base leakage cross-section is provided on the sealing element.

Rotary pump with improved seal

External gear pump, comprising: a casing () with a gear chamber (), comprising an inlet () for a fluid on a low pressure side and an outlet () on a high pressure side and comprising axial and radial sealing stays (); toothed wheels () being in toothed mesh, wherein the external toothings of the wheels () form delivery cells () for the fluid which are axially sealed off by the axial sealing stays () and radially sealed off by the radial sealing stays (); and at least one pressure fluid supply () through which pressure fluid may be supplied to the low pressure side, wherein the at least one pressure fluid supply () opens on the low pressure side into a delivery cell () which is radially opposed by one of the radial sealing stays ().
