Techniques, systems, and devices are disclosed for delivering stimulation therapy to a patient. In one example, a medical device senses, via one or more electrodes, one or more oscillations of a bioelectrical signal of a brain of a patient. In response to sensing the one or more oscillations, the medical device generates a plurality of bursts of stimulation therapy pulses, the plurality of bursts comprising an inter-burst frequency selected based on a frequency of the one or more oscillations of the bioelectrical signal. Further, the medical device delivers the plurality of bursts of stimulation therapy pulses to the patient to modulate a state of the patient associated with the one or more oscillations of the bioelectrical signal.

Non-continuous electrical stimulation therapy

A system for use in managing a neuromodulation therapy includes an ultrasound transducer array controlled by a control unit to deliver ultrasound waveforms for causing modulation of neural tissue in a patient. The system acquires data indicating a response to the modulation, analyzes the acquired data to determine correlation data between a response to the modulation and an ultrasound control parameter, and reports the correlation data to enable identification of at least one therapy parameter to be used to deliver a neuromodulation therapy to the patient by a therapy delivery system.

Ultrasound diagnostic and therapy management system and associated method

The instant invention provides a method for improving efficiency of RNA delivery to cells. The method comprises applying a low strength electric field to the cells and then after a certain time period, administering the ribonucleic acid sequence to the cells. Devices, kits, and RNA molecules suitable for delivery and devices suitable for practicing the disclosed methods are also provided.
