A rotor nozzle for a high pressure cleaning device has a housing and a rotor disk which is mounted to rotate in the housing and which is exposed to the flow of the cleaning liquid, and with a nozzle carrier located downstream of the rotor disk which carries a nozzle which has an outlet axis that is at an acute angle relative to the axis of rotation of the rotor disk and which, along with nozzle carrier, is moved by the rotor disk on a circular path around its axis of rotation such that the jet of cleaning liquid emerging from nozzle creates a circulating conical envelope. The planetary gear transfers the drive motion of the rotor disk with considerably stepped-down rpm to the nozzle carrier via a sun wheel which is connected to the rotor disk, a planet wheel which is connected to the nozzle carrier, and a ring gear that is formed or located on the inside of the housing in which the planet wheel rolls, driven by the sun wheel. Still further, the nozzle has a spherical front that is supported in a socket-like seal which is attached to the housing and which is open in the middle. The nozzle carrier is inclined in the direction of the outlet axis of the nozzle and the planet wheel of the planetary gear is pivotally mounted on the rear end of the nozzle carrier so as to allow relative rotation between them.

Rotor nozzle for a high pressure cleaning device

A high pressure cleaning device with a housing (1) containing a driving motor and a pump for cleaning fluid, in particular water, and a bypass valve arrangement, with a valve pistol (2) having a cleaning lance (3) or the like connected thereto, and with a high pressure line (4) leading to valve pistol (2) from a high pressure connection (4) on a housing (1). When the valve pistol (2) is closed, the pump continues to run and circulates, via the bypass valve arrangement, a finite, small volume of cleaning fluid. When the valve pistol (2) is in the closed position, a leakage flow passage having a very high flow resistance remains open, so that, even when the valve pistol (2) is in the closed position, a small leakage flow of cleaning fluid constantly drains out, and is replaced by a corresponding amount of fluid which flows in on the intake side of the pump and cools the circulating fluid.

In a valve pistol, particularly for a high pressure cleaning device, with a pistol housing (1) with a handle (2), with a valve (3) placed in the pistol housing (1) that is opened against the system pressure by a force transmission element that is displaced against a valve body (9) by a hand lever (12) that is mounted so that it can be pivoted on a pivot pin (11) in the pistol housing (1). The hand lever (12) can be pivoted over a certain pivoting path and has an actuating arm (13) that engages against the force transmission element (10). In accordance with a preferred embodiment, with little construction expense, it can be achieved that the holding force required on the hand lever (12) can be made as small as possible even when the valve body is opened, in that the pivot pin (11) is mounted in the pistol housing (1) or in the hand lever in a slot (14) extending approximately in the direction of movement of the force transmission element (10) and can be shifted in this slot, so that a shifting movement is partially superposed on the pivoting movement of hand lever (12) around the pivot pin (11), that the shifting movement of hand lever (12) is derived from its pivoting movement and for this purpose an effective drive connection, particularly a wedge-like connection is provided between the hand lever (12) and the pistol housing (1) or an L-shaped part for the pressure medium, and that a drive part is mounted on the hand lever (12) at a distance from the pivot pin (11) and a stationary support part, particularly a support roller (b 17), is installed on the pistol housing (1) or on the L-shaped part (6).
