A delivery device for delivering fuel out of a fuel tank () has a suction connection () of a fuel pump () connected to a mixing tube () of a sucking jet pump (). The sucking jet pump () sucks fuel out of the fuel tank () via a foot valve (). The mixing tube () has an overflow valve () that controls a connection to a swirl pot (). This enables the fuel pump () to suck fuel out of the fuel tank () when the swirl pot () is empty.

Delivery device for delivering fuel out of a fuel tank

A fuel supply system for a motor vehicle has a sucking jet pump () which is connected to a flow line (). The valve () reduces the cross-section of an opening () in a nozzle () of the sucking jet pump () with increasing pressure in the flow line (). Hydraulic losses in supplying the sucking jet pump () with fuel as a pump fluid are prevented and the conveying performance of the sucking jet pump () is maintained, preferably, at a constant level.

Fuel supply system for a motor vehicle

The invention relates to a fuel feed unit () for a motor vehicle, comprising a volume flow reducing valve () that is mounted in a pump fluid line () leading to a suction jet pump (). Said volume flow reducing valve () reduces the fuel volume flow supplied to the suction jet pump () when the feed pressure of the fuel pump () increases, thereby avoiding unnecessary feed of fuel to the suction jet pump ().

Fuel feed unit

In an apparatus () for controlling a pressure in a fuel inflow line of a motor vehicle, a shutoff valve () and a pressure limiting valve () are arranged in a connection (). The connection () is arranged between an inflow junction () which leads to the inflow line and an outflow junction () which is led into a fuel container. The pressure limiting valve () opens above a first pressure and throttles the flow of the fuel through the connection (). The shutoff valve () closes above a second pressure, the second pressure being higher than the first pressure. This ensures that, when a fuel delivery unit is at a standstill, the pressure in the inflow line does not exceed the first pressure and that, during operation of the delivery unit, the pressure in the inflow line can rise above the second pressure and an internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle is supplied sufficiently with fuel.
