Described is a control system for the quality of processing pipes made of thermoplastic material, comprising a station for housing at least one pipe to be controlled, a first video camera configured to capture images of a first front scene showing a first longitudinal end of the pipe, and at least a second video camera configured to capture images of a second lateral scene showing the same said pipe in its longitudinal extension.

A support for a unit dose including a support card having a flap folded over and fastened to a main portion thereof. A main opening is made in the main portion, from which opening there protrudes a portion of a pack of a unit dose product. At least part of a peripheral edge of the pack is enclosed between the flap and the main portion of the support card. An opening or notch or pre-cut is made in the flap, to allow the unit dose product to be removed from its pack.

An installation for producing a support for a product in a unitary dose including a supply member of a material web, a cutting apparatus to obtain a support card having a main portion, in which there is formed a main opening, and a foldable flap, in which there is formed a secondary opening.
