This disclosure relates to planning systems, methods and instrumentation. The planning systems, methods and instrumentation disclosed herein may be utilized for planning orthopaedic procedures to restore functionality to a joint, may include determining an amount of bone loss along or otherwise adjacent to an articular surface of a bone. Instrumentation may be formed based on one or more dimensions associated with the bone loss. The articular surface may be repaired, which may include utilizing the instrumentation and planning systems to position and secure a bone graft along a position of the bone associated with the bone loss.

Orthopaedic planning systems, instrumentation and methods of repair

Surgical constructs, assemblies, kits and methods of tissue fixation are disclosed. Glenoid augmentation is conducted with one or more soft tissue grafts placed on the anterior glenoid to fill a glenoid defect. Knotted or knotless suture anchors can deliver and fixate the soft tissue graft within the glenoid bone defect. Suture anchors can also secure the native ligament to the soft tissue graft and provide stability to the shoulder joint. Soft suture anchors can deliver and fixate a soft tissue graft within the bone defect. The native soft tissue can be repaired over top of the soft tissue graft into its anatomical position.

Surgical suturing constructs, suture anchor assemblies, and methods of tissue fixation are disclosed. The suturing construct includes a bumpy suture. A suturing construct may include one or more small loops on a distal end. A suturing construct may include a splice terminating into a tapered portion/region at a proximal end. A bumpy suture of a suturing construct may form a knotless, closed, self-locking loop around tissue.

Knotless closure sutures and methods of tissue fixation

Surgical constructs and methods of soft tissue repairs. A tendon is approximated to bone with a surgical construct in the form of a soft anchor that includes a soft anchor sheath and shuttling sutures passed through the soft anchor sheath. The soft anchor sheath loaded with the shuttling sutures is inserted either unicortically or bicortically. Suture limbs extending from sutured tendon are passed/shuttled through the sheath by employing the shuttling sutures. The tendon is secured into or onto the bone. The suture limbs may be passed through the soft anchor sheath in various directions and/or orientations and/or locations.
