A BLDC motor includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor includes a shaft, first and second end plates, a plurality of cores arranged between the first and second end plates, a plurality of magnets, and a housing. The cores are evenly spaced from each other in the circumferential direction. A space is formed between neighboring cores. Each space receives one magnet. The magnets are magnetized circumferentially such that side surfaces of the magnets have corresponding polarities. The housing is made of magnetically permeable material, surrounding and covering radially outer ends of the magnets and cores.

An electric motor includes a rotor and a wound stator structure. The stator structure includes a housing, a laminated stator core and windings wound around the stator core. The laminations of the stator core have an annular body and a plurality of teeth extending radially inwardly from the annular body. Projections and recesses are formed at the outer edge of the annular body. When assembled, the recesses of one lamination are aligned with the projections of an adjacent lamination such that when fitting the stator into the housing the projections may be deformed into an axially adjacent recess by contact with the housing. Thus the stator core contacts the housing at discrete locations.

Embodiments provide a method for streaming media and a media controller. The method includes: receiving, by a media controller, a media streaming request sent by a user equipment, and allocating an index to the user equipment, wherein the index is used to indicate an address of a corresponding buffer in the media controller to which data to be streamed is stored; binding the streaming request and the index of the user equipment and storing in a table, and sending the them to a media server so that the media server controls, according to the table, a storage device to send the data to be streamed to an address of a buffer corresponding to the index; and receiving then streaming the data to be streamed that is requested by the streaming request to the corresponding user equipment by querying the table.

A time synchronization method includes: after sending a synchronization message to the opposite end, sending a following message where an ending time for sending the synchronization message is recorded; receiving a delay request message sent by the opposite end, and sending a delay response message where the initial time for receiving the delay request message is recorded; receiving the synchronization message and the following message, and recording the initial time for receiving the synchronization message and the ending time recorded in the following message for sending the synchronization message; sending a delay request message, and recording an ending time for sending the delay request message; receiving a delay response message, and recording an initial time recorded in the delay response message for the opposite end to receive the delay request message; calculating the time offset value between the two ends, and completing time synchronization.
