Provided are a driving device and a valve, the driving device includes a motor and a transmission assembly; an output shaft of the motor is connected to the transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly includes a transmission member; the transmission member and the output shaft are fixed to or are limitedly cooperate with one another, and the output shaft may drive the transmission member to rotate; the transmission assembly further includes a magnetic element; and the driving device further includes a Hall element corresponding to the magnetic element; the transmission member includes a cylindrical portion, and the cylindrical portion is provided with a first hole passage; the first hole passage includes a first opening portion located on an outer wall portion of the cylindrical portion, and at least a part of the magnetic element passes through the first opening portion to extend into the first hole passage.

Control valve

A control valve is provided, which comprises a valve body and a valve element. The valve element can be driven to rotate, the valve element is provided with an external communicating cavity and a first cavity, and the valve element comprises a first partition plate, a first valve element shaft and a first reinforcing rib; the first reinforcing rib comprises a first end portion, a second end portion and a first main body portion in a height direction of the valve element and the first main body portion is connected between the first end portion and the second end portion, and there is a height difference between the first end portion and the second end portion.

The housing includes fixing elements and an outer housing, the fixing elements being located on a circumferential inner side of the outer housing, the outer housing and the fixing elements are arranged in a relatively sealing manner, and the valve core and the fixing elements are arranged in a relatively sealing manner. The valve core at least has a first flowing passage. The transmission element drives the valve core to open or close at least one of the first and second ports, thereby improving an internal sealing performance of the product.
