An electronic device with two-dimensional sliding cover and a two-dimensional slide apparatus are disclosed. The two-dimensional slide apparatus includes a first member, a second member, a third member and a first torque-retaining assembly. The second member is movable along a first direction in relation to the first member. The third member is movable between a first position and a second position along a second direction in relation to the second member, with a first central position therebetween. The first torque-retaining assembly is disposed between the second member and the third member. When the third member moves from the first position or the second position to the first central position by an external force, the first torque-retaining assembly generates torque, driving the third member from the first central position to the first position or the second position.

Electronic device with two-dimensional sliding cover and two-dimensional slide apparatus

A hinged device. A first frame comprises a first contact surface and a first through hole. A second frame rotatably connects to the first frame. A second cam is movably disposed in the second frame, comprises a second contact surface abutting the first contact surface and a second through hole. When the first and second frames are rotated oppositely around a first direction, the second cam moves along the first direction. An elastic member is disposed between the second frame and the second cam, providing a first elastic force on the second cam. An electrical transmission media passes through the first and second through holes.

Hinged device

A slide apparatus includes two members and two slide modules. A second member is movable between a first position and a second position in relation to a first member, with a central position therebetween. The first and second slide modules are disposed on the first member and each includes a rotating structure and an elastic element. When the second member is between the first position and the central position, the first rotating structure is rotatable to generate or release a first torque in the first elastic element. When the second member is between the central position and the second position, the second rotating structure is rotatable to generate or release a second torque in the second elastic element.

The invention provides a hinge connector for a folding-type electronic apparatus including a first housing, a second housing, a first electronic unit disposed in the first housing, and a second electronic unit disposed in the second housing. The hinge connector, according to the invention, includes a first shaft member, a second shaft member, a frame member and a flexible conductive element. By the hinge connector according to the invention, the second housing is capable of rotating around two axes relative to the first housing, and the first electronic unit electrically connects with the second electronic unit. In particular, during the operation of the electronic apparatus, the portion of the flexible conductive element within the first shaft member and the second shaft member is twisted rather than bent.

A rotary module comprises: a digital camera module (DCM) electrically connected to a main body of an electronic product; a hinge assembly connected to a holding device (HD) and the main body, so as to allow relative rotation between the main body and the flip cover; a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB); and the HD to hold the DCM, and provide a wiring space for winding the FPCB and a hollow sleeve for receiving the hinge assembly. One end of the FPCB is connected to the DCM, and the rest extends along the flat surface of the HD, then winds around the wiring space, and finally connects to a PCB of either the main body or the flip cover. The rotary module could be disposed in an axial sleeve of flip-type cellular phone. When the flip cover is rotated, the HD and the DCM simultaneously rotate with the flip cover.

A pivoting apparatus with a shielding function rotatably connects a main body and a folder of a foldable device. The pivoting apparatus includes a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB), a first metal sleeve, and a second metal sleeve. The first metal sleeve is disposed around the FPCB for fixing the first end of FPCB on the main body. The second metal sleeve is disposed around the FPCB for fixing the second end of FPCB on the folder. The first and second metal sleeves are rotatably connected for receiving the FPCB. A hinge mechanism includes a shaft, a cam, a spring and a sliding member. The shaft has a first end and a second end and the cam is movably disposed at the first end and has an inclined plane facing the second end. Also, the spring is disposed at the second end, and the sliding member is disposed on the shaft and is coupled with the spring. The sliding member moves along the shaft due to the elasticity of the spring. In addition, the sliding member has a contact capable of reaching the inclined plane, wherein the cam on which a force is imposed moves toward the second end so that an elastic potential energy is stored as a result of elastic deformation of the spring and the contact of the sliding member presses the inclined plane to rotate the cam by the spring's resilience.

The present invention discloses a housing assembly of a portable electronic device. The housing assembly includes the first housing having a clasp and the second housing having a clasp and a clip. The first and second plates have latches and are slidably disposed on the first housing respectively. Subsequently, the first and second plates slide and the clips are coupled to the latches. The first and second plates may be replaced by a U-shape plate. An inducing magnetic field is formed when the first magnetic device is connected to the power of the electric product, and the inducing magnetic field produces a repulsive force to the second magnetic device on the lifting cover so as to have the lifting cover open automatically.
