An adjustable kettlebell or exercise device includes a handle device formed on a receptacle, and one or more weight members selectively engageable into the receptacle, and a control device includes a shaft engaged through the receptacle and engageable through the weight members for selectively anchoring either of the weight members to the receptacle with the shaft. The weight members each include a bore for engaging with the shaft, and an opening communicating with the bore of the weight members, and the shaft includes one or more pins engageable through the openings of the weight members for selectively engaging with the weight members.

Adjustable exercise device

A massage device includes a rotatable member rotatably supported on a supporting base with a pivot axle, and a neck massage member engaged onto the rotatable member and rotated in concert with the rotatable member relative to the supporting base for engaging with a neck portion of a user and for exercising and massaging the neck portion of the user. The supporting base includes a number of rollers engaged with the rotatable member for rotatably supporting the rotatable member on the supporting base. The sliding member is slidably engaged in the housing and has a pathway selectively aligning with a passage of the housing. The actuating knob is rotatably attached to the sliding member. The actuating knob is rotatable relative to the sliding member to an angular position where the follower is anchored to the sliding member and to another angular position where the follower is released from the sliding member.

A hand pump includes a receptacle extended upwardly from a base, a housing attached to the base and having a port connected to a pressure gauge, a hose coupled to the housing and having a nozzle for inflating tires or objects, a sleeve slidably engaged onto the receptacle, and a check valve engaged in the receptacle for controlling the pressurized air to flow only from the sleeve into the receptacle and for preventing the pressurized air from flowing backward from the receptacle into the sleeve in order to generate the pressurized air in the receptacle, and for allowing the receptacle to store the pressurized air when required. An adjustable barbell or dumbbell or exercise device includes a handle device having a handle bar engageable into grooves of a number of weight members, the weight members each having two pivotal arms, a link pivotally connected between the arms, a hand grip disposed on the handle bar, and a number of plates disposed on the handle bar and rotated in concert with the hand grip, the plates are engageable between the weight members, and the plates each include an engaging element for engaging with the link and for moving the arms toward each other to engage with the handle device when the plates and the hand grip are rotated relative to the handle bar, and for anchoring a selected number of weight members to the handle device with the plates.

A spring biasing member is engaged with the follower for biasing the catches of the follower to engage with the weight members.
