A self-adaptive control system for height and operation of ratooning rice stubble cutting includes a stubble righting device, a profiling contact sensor, a speed radar, and a controller; the stubble righting device is installed at the rear of the harvester, and is connected to the bracket by the stubble righting device hydraulic cylinder; the profiling contact sensor is configured to detect the height of the header above the ground and transmit data to the controller; the speed radar is configured to obtain and transmit speed information of the harvester to the controller; the hydraulic valve block is installed on the chassis frame and connected to the header lifting hydraulic cylinder and the stubble righting device hydraulic cylinder respectively; input terminals of the controller are connected to the profiling contact sensor and the speed radar, and output terminals of the controller are connected to the motor and hydraulic valve block.

The throwing width is self-adaptive based on the machine operating speed, wind speed, wind direction, the position of the region having been cut and the region waiting to be cut, so as to achieve the full width throwing of the stalks remnant. An arc stalk guiding plate and a flow separating bar are mounted in the longitudinal axial flow stalk guiding device to make the shredding load more even.

Self-adaptive throwing device for stalks cutting and discharging in the longitudinal axial flow combine harvesters and its control method

The invention provides an adaptive control system and a regulating method for the threshing separation load of the combined harvester and the longitudinal axis. The control system mainly comprises entrainment loss monitoring device, grain breaking rate monitoring device, device for regulating clearance of cutting concave outlet, jitter board load monitoring device, return plate load monitoring device and on-line monitoring and control system. According to the differential signal of the impact force sensor and the inertial force sensor, the cutting flow threshing and separating device is calculated by real-time monitoring of the grain breaking rate, the entrainment loss rate, the tangential groove outlet gap, the cutting drum speed and the longitudinal axis drum speed. And the ratio of the threshing separation load of the cut-off threshing separator and the longitudinal-axial-flow threshing and separating device is adjusted at a reasonable ratio range, to meet the difficult to take off, easy to off and other crops of different harvest requirements, to maintain the best threshing capacity and better adaptability.

The combine can achieve harvesting of grain such as rice and wheat as well as compression and baling of threshed straw, having advantages of high working efficiency, stable performance, a simple process, and being time and labor saving.
