A method for simulating construction of a shaft boring machine, a device, a medium, and a product are provided The method includes: constructing a numerical model for construction simulation by using a finite element numerical simulation platform; configuring interaction simulation parameters, boundary conditions and an initial state of the numerical model for construction simulation; simulating a boring process of the boring machine that advances axially segment by segment with a predetermined advancing distance in the parameter-configured numerical model for construction simulation; at the end of each segment of advancement, constructing a support structure model on an exposed surrounding rock contact surface of a current advancement segment based on a current support scheme; and at the end of each segment of advancement, simulating a support effect of the support structure based on the support structure model to obtain a simulation result.

Disclosed is a full-face shaft boring machine, a boring system and a boring method. The full-face shaft boring machine includes a cutterhead structure provided with an outer tapered surface structure protruding in a boring direction. The outer tapered surface structure surrounds an outer circumferential side of the rotation center of the cutterhead structure, and a radial cross section of the outer tapered surface structure gradually decreases in the boring direction; at least one receiving port for rock slag to pass through is formed at the taper top of the outer tapered surface structure and runs through the cutterhead structure in the boring direction; and a slag discharging assembly for discharging the rock slag is arranged on a side of the cutterhead structure away from the boring direction.

The embodiment of the present invention discloses an underwater explosion pressure test experiment system and method. The invention including: container and drug pack are used to simulate underwater explosion scenes. Projector projects scattered speckles on the water surface. Two high-speed cameras collect images of the first water surface fluctuation. The strain at a certain point in the first water surface is calculated according to the scattered speckles. The K value of the corresponding explosive is calculated from the elastic modulus of the strain and water, and based on the calculated K value, the curve of the explosion pressure at different points in the water with the distance from the explosion source is calculated according to the formula, and the explosion pressure at any point in the water is determined according to the curve. The invention is suitable for use in an underwater explosion pressure measurement experiment.

A safe early warning method and device for full-section tunneling of a tunnel featuring dynamic water and weak surrounding rock, comprising establishing a dynamic coordinate system with an origin thereof moving along a tunnel excavation line, recording the moving distance of the origin, conducting three-dimensional laser scanning with the origin as a center to obtain point cloud data including coordinate data, collecting surrounding rock data; conducting deformation fitting on the point cloud data, calculating a fitting residual error, removing a noisy point, and conducting preprocessing; combining data of preprocessed point cloud, surrounding rock, and the tunnel excavation line to construct a tunnel excavation dynamic model; conducting stress analysis according to the model and determining whether to send out a safety early warning signal. The device comprises a three-dimensional laser scanner, a geological radar device, a displacement module, an industrial computer, a data transmission module, an alarm, and a server.
