This application provides an uplink transmission resource indication method and an apparatus. The method is applied to a first network device and includes: determining a first RS resource of a second network device in a time-frequency resource, where the time-frequency resource includes a plurality of time units in time domain, the first RS resource is located in a first time unit in time domain, and the plurality of time units include the first time unit; and sending first configuration information to UE, where the first configuration information is for determining an uplink transmission resource in the time-frequency resource, and the uplink transmission resource does not overlap the first RS resource.

Uplink transmission resource indication method and apparatus

This application provides a communication method and apparatus, so that a first network device can configure a terminal device to send a demodulation reference signal symbol in a first different-configuration slot. A quantity of consecutive resource elements occupied by each demodulation reference signal code division multiplexing group included in a demodulation reference signal symbol is greater than 2. Therefore, a quantity of demodulation reference signal ports supported by each demodulation reference signal code division multiplexing group is greater than 2, so that an uplink communication capacity of the terminal in the different-configuration slot can be increased when a quantity of demodulation reference signal code division multiplexing groups in each demodulation reference signal symbol remains unchanged, to meet an uplink transmission requirement of the terminal device.

A physical downlink control channel PDCCH transmission method and apparatus is provided. The method includes: A network device sends first indication information to a terminal device, where the first indication information may include configuration information of a PDCCH, the configuration information of the PDCCH is used to indicate at least one repeated transmission configuration manner, which includes a first repeated transmission configuration manner. The repeated transmission configuration manner includes at least one of a quantity of repetitions of the PDCCH and an aggregation level that is of the PDCCH and that corresponds to the quantity of repetitions. The network device may send the PDCCH to the terminal device based on the first repeated transmission configuration manner. According to this method, a sending effect of a PDCCH at a higher aggregation level can be implemented through repeated sending of a plurality of PDCCHs at lower aggregation levels.

One example communication method includes generating a synchronization signal block (SSB) by an access network device, where the SSB includes a first physical broadcast channel (PBCH) and a second PBCH. The first PBCH carries time-frequency resource position information of first synchronization information, the second PBCH carries time-frequency resource position information of second synchronization information, and a time-frequency resource position of the first synchronization information is different from a time-frequency resource position of the second synchronization information. The access network device broadcasts the SSB. In embodiments of this application, the SSB may carry PBCHs corresponding to terminal devices of different bandwidth types and/or synchronization information of the terminal devices of different bandwidth types to satisfy processing requirements of the terminal devices of a plurality of bandwidth types.

The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, first downlink control information sent by a network device, where the first downlink control information includes first power allocation information for a plurality of transport layers; determining, by the terminal device, a first transmit power of each of the plurality of transport layers based on the first power allocation information; and sending, by the terminal device, first uplink data based on the first transmit power of each transport layer.
