The present invention relates to use of gTso thal in manufacturing a medicament for the promotion of MS-275 to cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB), and belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparation. Administration of the medicament manufactured by the use of the present invention in combination with MS-275 significantly increases MS-275 to cross the BBB into the brain tissue, and prominently promotes the accumulation of MS-275 therein.

The disclosure provides an application of an anthocyanin extract in preparing a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating cardiac toxicity induced by Anthracyclines and the pharmaceutical composition, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises an effective dose of the anthocyanin extract; and the anthocyanin extract refers to an extract obtained from mature fruits of a zygophyllaceousplant and having a total anthocyanin content greater than 700 mg CGE/g and a total antioxidant capacity greater than 200 mg TE/g. Cytobiology and molecular biology studies prove that the anthocyanin extract has obvious protection effect to cardiomyocyte toxicity damage induced by anthracyclines and may be used for preventing and alleviating cardiotoxicity of an antharcyclines anticancer drug, thereby expanding a clinical application of the antharcyclines anticancer drug and relieving toxic and side effects brought by the antharcyclines anticancer drug to a patient and pain of a chemotherapy patient. And additionally, the raw material sources for the anthocyanin extract are wide, the cost is low and the use is safe.

The method includes; acquiring a sample of the sequential slice and a navigation image thereof; identifying and labeling the sample of the sequential slice in the navigation image by utilizing methods of image processing and machine learning; placing the sample of the sequential slice in a microscope, establishing a coordinate transformation matrix for a navigation image-microscope actual sampling space coordinate, and navigating and locating a random pixel point in the navigation image to a center of the microscope's visual field; locating the sample of the sequential slice under a low resolution visual field, binding a sample acquisition parameter; based on the binding of the sample acquisition parameter, recording a relationship of relative of locations between a center point of a high resolution acquisition region and a center point after being matched with a sample template.
