A loading jig and an evaporator are provided. The loading jig includes a body and at least one elastic membrane. The body has a plate-like structure and is sandwiched between the bearing platform and the plurality of clamping blocks. Said at least one elastic membrane is respectively disposed between at least one clamping block and a bottom of the body. The elastic membrane is externally connected to a signal converter. The pressure applied by the clamping block may be measured through the elastic membrane when the clamping block is pressed against the bottom of the body, and then the measured pressure signal is transmitted to the signal converter to be converted into a pressure value.

Loading jig and evaporator

An evaporation device has an evaporation material that can be uniformly heated when it is evaporated with the evaporation device. The evaporation device comprises: a crucible for loading an evaporation material, a body wall of the crucible comprising an inner wall and an outer wall, a chamber being formed between the inner wall and the outer wall, which is filled with an inorganic salt; and a heating element for heating the crucible. During the working process of the evaporation device, when the crucible is heated by the heating element, the inorganic salt inside the chamber would become a molten state under heating, and the inorganic salt in molten state which fills the chamber can conduct heat uniformly such that the temperature distribution of the inner wall of the crucible is more uniform during the heating process and the evaporation material can be heated more uniformly. A method of manufacturing an evaporation device and a usage of the evaporation device are also disclosed in this patent application.

Evaporation device

A substrate holding device includes robot arms, wherein the robot arm includes a supporting portion for supporting a substrate; a plurality of substrate holding modules disposed on the robot arm. Each substrate holding module includes a linear guide mechanism, a substrate holding member, and a drive device for driving the substrate holding member to move along the linear guide mechanism between a first position in which the substrate holding member clamps the substrate and a second position in which the substrate holding member releases the substrate.
