The present invention relates to a cell induction method, in particular to a method for inducing differentiation of fibroblasts into adipocytes, comprising the following steps: Cultivating the fibroblasts in a culture medium, adding a Myosin inhibitor and BMP4 to the culture medium, and continuously cultivating same until adipocytes are obtained. The present invention further relates to a method for inducing the conversion of fibroblasts into immortalized cells and use thereof. The method comprises the following steps: cultivating the fibroblasts in a culture medium, adding Myosin inhibitor to the culture medium, and continuously cultivating same until immortalized cells are obtained. The present invention further relates to a method for inducing in vitro amplification of hepatocytes. The present invention further relates to use of a Myosin inhibitor, especially (−)-Blebbistatin or (S)-(−)-Blebbistatin, O-Benzoate, and hepatocytes obtained by means of the method for inducing in vitro amplification of hepatocytes, constructing of bioartificial livers, and constructing models of liver disease.

Cell induction method

Disclosed are a method for destroying cellular mechanical homeostasis and the use thereof, especially disclosed is a method for destroying cellular mechanical homeostasis by using a Myosin inhibitor thereby leading to cell softening and reduction of fibrosis in tissues and organs. Also disclosed are a method for promoting regeneration and repair of tissues and organs and the use thereof. The Myosin inhibitor can destroy the homeostasis of the cellular mechanical stress system, reduce the rigidity of tissues and organs in a pathological state, and stimulate stress and regeneration reactions similar to those in the regeneration processes in lower organisms; and can use the characteristics to greatly inhibit fibrosis during the organ damage and to promote the regeneration and repair of tissues and organs, and meanwhile can use stress response to greatly improve the ability of cellular genetic repair. The Myosin inhibitor is preferably (&#x2212;)-Blebbistatin, or a derivative thereof (&#x2212;)-Blebbistatin O-Benzoate. The method requires only a single small molecule or single factor treatment, and is simple in operation and good in repeatability, and can be used as a new method to stimulate stress response, to stimulate regeneration response, to improve the ability of cellular genetic repair and/or promote regeneration and repair of tissues and organs.

Method for destroying cellular mechanical homeostasis and promoting regeneration and repair of tissues and organs, and use thereof

A system optimizes performance of parallel queries by dividing a query into a plurality of sub queries. The query is divided according to a plurality of data ranges associated with the query. The system creates an available queue, and a defer queue. The system assigns the plurality of sub queries into the available queue. The system then processes, in parallel, the plurality of sub queries in the available queue. During the processing, if the system determines that a data range associated with a sub query comprises unavailable data, the system assigns the sub query to the defer queue as a defer range sub query. After completing the processing of the plurality of sub queries in the available queue, the system processes a plurality of defer range sub queries in the defer queue.

Query parallelism method

Disclosed are a test apparatus and a test method for testing a plurality of blocks in a circuit, the plurality of blocks having identical structures. The test apparatus comprises: a comparing device, configured to collect output responses generated by the plurality of blocks by applying an excitation signal to the plurality of blocks in parallel, compare the output responses of the plurality of blocks to determine whether the output responses of the plurality of blocks are identical, and output results of the comparison of the comparing device; and a determining device, configured to receive the results of the comparison of the comparing device, and determine whether the plurality of blocks have a defect according to the results of the comparison of the comparing device. With the test apparatus and the test method, a process for testing the plurality of blocks having the identical structures may be simplified, and test efficiency may be improved.
