A flexographic printing device and a method are provided for simultaneously printing at least two material webs having different thicknesses in the printing device. The flexographic printing device includes a printing unit having a printing roller carrying on a surface thereof an image to be printed, an impression roller and an anilox roller adapted to feed printing ink from a printing ink chamber onto a printing clich&#xe9; mounted on the printing roller. The printing unit is configured for simultaneously printing the material webs having different thicknesses, by adjusting the radial extension of the surface of the printing roller, impression cylinder and/or anilox roller to be adapted to the respective material web to be printed.

A method for alignment of a pattern printed on a material for an absorbent article by a rotary printing device, including providing a first composition from a first chamber; providing a second composition including a detectable agent from a second chamber; wherein the first composition from the first chamber and the second composition from the second chamber are supplied to the same anilox roller or directly to the same rotary printing cylinder; and printing the first and second compositions on the material for an absorbent article by a rotary printing cylinder.

Absorbent article

The absorbent article comprises at least a topsheet layer and a backsheet layer, each layer having a body facing surface and a garment facing surface, and longitudinal and transversal edges, the article having a longitudinal front portion, a longitudinal back portion and a crotch portion located between the front and the back portion. The article comprises a first and a second zone of microencapsulated phase change material on a surface of a layer of the article. The first and second zones are selected form zones having different microencapsulated phase change materials, different concentrations of a microencapsulated phase change material or comprise microencapsulated phase change material having different phase change temperature intervals.

A packaging unit for hygiene articles and a method for producing the same. The packaging unit is formed from a sheet of material having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface has an edge zone. The sheet has at least one folding axis and the folding axis divides the sheet into a first region and a second region. The sheet may be folded along the folding axes with the first and second regions in an overlapping configuration, and at least a part of the edge zone is provided with microencapsulated adhesive.

Packaging unit for hygiene articles

The present invention relates to a coated cemented carbide insert for turning of steel, like low alloyed steels, carbon steels and tough hardened steels at high cutting speeds. The cemented carbide consists of WC, 2-10 wt. % Co and 4-12 wt. % of cubic carbides of metals from groups 4, 5 or 6 of the periodic table, preferably Ti, Ta and Nb. The Co-binder phase is highly alloyed with W with a CW-ratio of 0.75-0.90. The insert has a binder phase enriched and essentially cubic carbide free surface zone A of a thickness of &#x3c;20 &#x3bc;m and along a line C essentially bisecting the edge, in the direction from the edge to the centre of the insert, a binder phase content increases essentially monotonously until it reaches the bulk composition. The binder phase content at the edge is 0.65-0.75 times the binder phase content by volume of the bulk and the depth of the binder phase depletion is 100-300 &#x3bc;m, preferably 150-250 &#x3bc;m. The insert is coated with 3-12 &#x3bc;m columnar TiCN-layer followed by a 2-12 &#x3bc;m thick AlO-layer.

Cemented carbide insert

A method of making a cutting insert includes forming a powder mixture containing WC, 2-10 wt % Co, 4-12 wt % cubic carbides, adding N in an amount of 0.9-1.7 % of the weight of the cubic carbides, mixing the powder with a pressing agent, milling and spray drying the mixture, compacting and sintering the material at 1300-1500 in an atmosphere of sintering gas 40-60 mbar, applying post-sintering treatment, and applying a coating by CVD or MTCVD.
