Extensible gas valve key

A portable device which integrates the functionalities of a fire pit and a barbecuing grill. The fire pit and grill are coupled to a transport cart to facilitate movement of the fire pit and grill to a desired location. In this respect, the transport cart may be configured to allow a user to transport the device across sand (e.g., when using the device at a beach) or across a parking lot (e.g., when using the device while tailgating in a stadium parking lot). Thus, the device easily allows for enjoyment of both a fire pit and a grill in remote locations.

Provided is a gas valve key having a valve engagement body including a stem receiving cavity sized and configured to receive a gas valve stem. The key includes a first elongate member including a first body having first proximal and distal end portions. The first distal end portion defines a first end face. A second elongate member is connected to the valve engagement body and includes a second body having second proximal and distal end portions. The second elongate member is slidably connected to the first elongate member. The gas valve key further includes a locking element having a hook portion being disposable within an aperture formed within the first body to mitigate movement of the second elongate member relative to the first elongate member when the second elongate member is in an extended position.

A portable propane tank carrier system is provided which includes a tank carrier, stabilizer ring, and tank neck cover. The tank carrier includes a rectangular main tank cover panel, and upper and lower radial sidewall panel. The tank carrier closely conforms to the shape of a portable propane tank while providing an upper opening adapted to receive a neck portion of the tank and a lower opening adapted to receive a tank base ring portion of the tank. The stabilizer rings may be attached to the bottom of the tank carrier to prevent the tank from tipping over.

A gas valve key is provided having a handle; a longitudinal shaft attached to one end of the handle; and a socket attached to another end of the shaft. The socket has a plurality of cascaded valve stem receiving cavities formed within the socket. Each of the plurality of receiving cavities has successively reduced dimensions, including a first largest cavity forming an opening on one end of the socket. The plurality of cascaded receiving cavities are adapted to receive a valve stem of differing dimensions.

A plunger device for forcing waste through a drain line of a plumbing fixture comprising an elongate, tubular member. Fluidly connected to the top end of the tubular member is a valve assembly which is adapted to have a water supply source fluidly coupled thereto. The valve assembly comprises a valve stem which is reciprocally movable between open and closed positions and adapted to block the flow of water from the water supply source into the tubular member when in the closed position. The valve assembly further comprises a check valve for preventing the back-flow of water from the tubular member into the water supply source when the valve stem is in the open position, and at least one air inlet valve for creating a vacuum break when the fluid pressure in the valve assembly is less than atmospheric pressure. Attached to the valve assembly is at least one handle member, while fluidly connected to the bottom end of the tubular member is a plunger member.
