A pumping segment having a low shut-off force is disclosed. The pumping segment includes a tube having an interior surface with at least two notches on opposite sides of the interior surface.

Low-force pumping segment

A breast feeding assembly includes a reservoir that is fillable with a nourishing fluid. A nipple is removably attachable to the reservoir to be suckled by an infant thereby facilitating the infant to consume the nourishing fluid. A pouch is wearable on a user's chest and the reservoir is removably positionable in the pouch. The pouch has a nipple opening therein and the nipple extends outwardly through the nipple opening when the reservoir is positioned in the pouch. A first belt is coupled to the pouch and the first belt is extendable around the user's chest for retaining the pouch on the user's chest. A second belt is coupled to the pouch, the second belt is extendable around the user's chest for retaining the pouch on the user's chest and the second belt is matable to the first belt.

Methods and systems for providing global consolidated statement involve, for example, collecting, using a processor coupled to memory, customer account data from billing systems for each of a plurality of accounts of a plurality of business units of an entity. Likewise using the processor, the customer account data is collated across the plurality of accounts of the plurality of business units. Also using the processor, a single consolidated customer account statement is generated showing the collated customer account data across the plurality of accounts of the plurality of business units.

Methods and systems for providing a global statement

A pump cassette is configured for coupling with a pump device. The pump cassette may include a fluid lumen adapted for passage and propulsion of an infusion fluid toward a patient; a valve assembly that can be actuated to regulate fluid flow through the fluid lumen; and a frame coupled to the fluid lumen and the valve assembly. The frame is adapted to be inserted into a seat of a pump device. The frame is configured to be inserted into the seat only when aligned in a predetermined orientation relative to the seat.

Pump segment placement

A lapel support comprises a grip, a loop and a coupling member. The lapel support is for use on a garment that is being supported by a hanger. The hanger comprises a clothes support structure and a rod for suspending the clothes support structure from a rod, for example in a closet. The grip grips the rod of the hanger and is coupled to the coupling member. The coupling member is also coupled to the loop, and maintains tension between the grip and the loop. The loop engages a button on a garment.

Described herein are medical fluid infusion systems for pumping a fluid to a patient, such as in a hospital environment. In one aspect, disclosed is an infusion system including a drive assembly having a drive fluid reservoir and a drive mechanism configured to apply a force to drive fluid from the drive fluid reservoir through a length of tubing. The infusion system includes a hydraulic assembly having a first fluid chamber having an inlet port configured to be in fluid communication with the length of tubing and a second fluid chamber having an outlet port configured to be in fluid communication with a patient extension set and a flexible movable divider sealing the first fluid chamber from the second fluid chamber. Infusion system with dual-chambered reservoir

An inspectable joint in a medical device is disclosed that includes at least one medical-grade tube having an end, a medical-grade fitting having at least one joining surface configured to accept the end of the tube, and a joining material disposed between the tube and the joining surface. The joining material includes a first component configured to couple the tube to the fitting and a second component configured to provide observable evidence of the presence of the joining material between the tube and the joining surface.

System and method for joint integrity detection

An antenna for use with a cellular telephone includes a conductive wire having a binder disposed thereover. The conductive wire may be entirely shaped in the form of a coil or only partially shaped like a coil. The binder is preferably a polymeric material which is clear and transparent. The binder includes a quartz crystal powder, reflective flecks such as mylar, and a fluorescent dye dispersed therein. The binder is applied over the conductive wire and reduces emissions of electromagnetic radiation.

A device for styling hair includes means for dividing a section of hair attached to means for retaining a section of hair. Optionally, the dividing means is a tapered extension and the retaining means is a clip. Optionally, the tapered extension and clip are integrally formed. The clip optionally includes two opposable jaws pivotally connected. The clip may further include a spring biased to close the jaws and an actuator moving the jaws between an open position and a closed position when actuated.
