A preparation method of itaconate-butadiene bio-based engineering rubber belongs to the bio-based engineering rubber area. The bio-based engineering rubber of the present disclosure is formed through chemical crosslinking of copolymers, which are formed by polymerization of itaconate and butadiene emulsion. The number average molecular weight of the itaconate-butadiene copolymer is about 53000-1640000, and weight-average molecular weight is about 110000-2892000. Itaconate-butadiene copolymers are formed by polymerization of itaconate and butadiene emulsion, then and chemical crosslinking of the copolymer is performed to form bio-based engineering rubber using a traditional sulfur vulcanizing system. The bio-based engineering rubber has high molecular weights as well as lower glass-transition temperatures and can be vulcanized using the traditional sulfur vulcanizing system. The bio-based engineering rubber of the present disclosure has same physic-mechanical property as well as processability as compared to rubber prepared using conventional techniques and may be used for manufacturing tire treads and conveyor belts.

Preparation method of itaconate-butadiene bio-based engineering rubber

The invention relates to a method of preparing reclaimed rubber, especially using multi-stage screw extruders, which belongs to the field of recycling and reusing of waste rubber. The rubber powder and softener which were preliminarily mixed are compacted and added into first counter rotating twin screw extruder through thermal insulation and metering apparatus, the softener permeates the waste rubber powder uniformly under the action of temperature in the extruder to finish primary desulfurization of rubber waste powder; add preliminary devulcanized material continuously into second multi screw extruder after cooling by transformation device, rapid desulfurization and regeneration can be achieved by means of activator and shear action; The desulfurized rubber powder is cooled and transported into the third multi-screw extruder in series, the performance of deprocessing can be improved by shear action under low temperature; After extrusion, the recycled rubber is obtained by molding device and cooling device. The whole process is completed under closed oxygen isolation condition, realizing safe, simple and continuous desulfurization regeneration. It is energy saving and environmental protection with excellent properties.

Method of continuous preparation of reclaimed rubber using multi-stage screw extruders

A solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber-polyurethane elastomer material and a preparation method thereof are provided. The elastomer material is prepared by performing cast molding on a soft segment and a hard segment in a mass ratio of 100:(20-50); the soft segment includes hydroxyl-terminated solution polymerized styrene-butadiene moiety rubber prepared by an anionic polymerization; the hard segment comprises isocyanate, a small-molecule polyol chain extender and a cross-linking agent; and the soft segment has a molecular weight of 1000-8000 and a glass-transition temperature of &#x2212;20&#xb0; C. to &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. According to the elastomer material in the disclosure, the hydroxyl-terminated solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is introduced to serve as the soft segment on the basis of synthesis of the traditional polyurethane elastomer, so that the glass-transition temperature of the polyurethane elastomer is regulated, defects such as poor high temperature resistance and undesirable wet-skid resistant grip ability of an existing polyurethane tire are overcome.

Solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber-polyurethane elastomer material for high performance tire and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a method for preparing high-performance tread rubber through a filler silylation reaction catalyzed in situ by an ionic liquid. The method is as follow: adding a gum rubber, a filler, a silane and an ionic liquid successively into an open mill or an internal mixer for mixing to obtain a rubber compound; high-temperature remilling the rubber compound; adding a vulcanizing package and an anti-aging agent into the remilled rubber compound at room temperature; and vulcanizing the rubber compound to obtain a vulcanized rubber.

Method for preparing high performance tread rubbers through filler silylation reaction catalyzed in situ by ionic liquids

The present disclosure involves a preparation method of bio-based silica/poly (itaconate-ter-isoprene-ter-glycidyl methacrylate) nanocomposite. Bio-based silica/poly (itaconate-ter-isoprene-ter-glycidyl methacrylate) nanocomposite is environment-friendly, and silica and poly (itaconate-ter-isoprene-ter-glycidyl methacrylate) are derived from non-petroleum base materials, which do not rely on fossil fuel. Compared with nanocomposite without nanocomposite, nanocomposites with glycidyl methacrylate have better silica diffusion, mechanical properties and wet-skid resistance of rubber product are improved while consuming the same time. Further, rolling resistance is decreased so that using silane coupling agent is avoided. Therefore, the processing technology is simplified, and VOC emission is avoided. It is a kind of 'green tire' rubber product.

Method of preparing bio-based elastomer composition comprising silica and polydibutyl itaconate-ter-isoprene-ter-glycidyl methacrylate

A method of manufacturing an embedded split-gate flash memory device is provided. The method includes: performing shallow trench isolation and chemical mechanical planarization on a semiconductor substrate comprising a flash memory region and a logic region, wherein a first oxide is formed on the semiconductor substrate and a first nitride is formed on the first oxide; forming a first photoresist over the logic region, and removing the first nitride disposed in the flash memory region; removing the first photoresist, and depositing a floating gate polysilicon material over the semiconductor substrate; performing chemical mechanical planarization on the floating gate polysilicon material; forming a control gate in the flash memory region; etching the floating gate polysilicon material to form a floating gate; forming a second photoresist over the flash memory region, and removing the first oxide and the first nitride disposed in the logic region; and removing the second photoresist.

Method of manufacturing an embedded split-gate flash memory device

A composition for manufacturing the inner liners and inner tubes of tires, and a method of preparing the same. The composition includes the following two phases: A) a continuous phase of a composition of graphene oxide/rubber including graphene oxide, a reactive rubber, and a solid rubber; and B) a dispersion phase of an epoxy natural rubber or a thermoplastic resin. In the composition of graphene oxide/rubber, the graphene oxide leads to low gas permeability and remarkably reinforces the rubber composition. The epoxy natural rubber or thermoplastic resin is dispersed in the composition of graphene oxide/rubber and forms an islands-in-the-sea structure. The composition has low gas permeability, excellent mechanical properties, and flexibility, and is adhesive to adjacent rubber.

Graphene oxide/polymer composition for manufacturing inner liners and inner tubes of tires and method for preparing the same

The method may further include the following steps: removing, using the offset oxide layer as a first mask, a portion of the polysilicon material layer for forming a polysilicon structure that includes a first step structure; forming a masking oxide layer on the offset oxide layer; removing, using the masking oxide layer as a second mask, a portion of the polysilicon structure for forming a floating gate polysilicon member that includes the first step structure and a second step structure.

When rare earth and bismuth materials are used, the way of combined use of two metal element inorganic compounds and unsaturated organic complexes is adopted, and the in-situ reaction and the compounding with a polymer matrix are carried out, thereby leading the shielding element disperse phase to form nano-micro-level dispersed particles.
