Disclosed are a pump body assembly and a fluid machine. The pump body assembly includes a rotation shaft and a piston provided with a sliding hole, at least a portion of the rotation shaft penetrates into the sliding hole, during rotation of the piston with the rotation shaft, and the sliding hole is in sliding fit with the rotation shaft, the piston is provided with a piston communication passage communicated with the sliding hole. The pump body assembly can solve the problem that the piston impedes a flow of oil liquid during use of a rotary cylinder compressor.

The flange includes a flange body having a shaft hole formed therein, with a back pressure groove being provided besides the shaft hole, a communication part being provided in a side wall of the back pressure groove on a side close to the shaft hole, the communication part communicating the back pressure groove with the shaft hole, and the communication part being configured to supply lubricating oil to the back pressure groove or discharge the lubricating oil from the back pressure groove. An outer peripheral wall of the piston has a rail groove connected end to end in a circumferential direction, and the cylinder has a guide structure extending into the rail groove; or an inner surface of the cylinder has a rail groove connected end to end in the circumferential direction, and the piston has a guide structure extending into the rail groove. So that through driving of the piston by the drive member, the piston is capable of rotating relative to the cylinder while reciprocating along a rotating axis of the piston.

Such a configuration avoids friction occurring between the head of the slide vane and the cavity wall of the working cavity.

The sliding vane mounting portion of the main shaft is provided with at least two sliding vanes. Two rotary plates are provided. One rotary plate is provided between the sliding vane mounting portion and the upper flange, and another rotary plate is provided between the sliding vane mounting portion and the lower flange. Each of the rotary plates is fixedly connected with the main shaft and provided with exhaust openings in one-to-one correspondence with the exhaust sides of the sliding vanes and exhaust valves configured to control opening/closing of respective exhaust openings. The compressor is a two-stage rotating cylinder piston compressor, including a first-stage rotating gas cylinder, a first gas cylinder liner, a first piston, and a second-stage rotating gas cylinder, a second gas cylinder liner, and a second piston, and further including an enthalpy-adding assembly connected between the first-stage rotating gas cylinder and the second-stage rotating gas cylinder for supplying gas and adding enthalpy between the two stages of rotating cylinders. By means of adopting a two-stage rotating cylinder piston compressor and arranging an enthalpy-adding assembly between the two stages of rotating cylinders, an enthalpy-adding function is achieved for the rotating cylinder piston compressor and the air conditioning system having same, thereby increasing the enthalpy value of the refrigerant in the system, improving the refrigerating and heating capabilities, improving the energy efficiency ratio and enhancing the reliability of the system.
