A manufacturing process that includes spray-drying a liquid composition based on liquid residues derived from a chemical extraction of clinker to form a material with a high specific surface area. Also, a material based on clinker residues having a high specific surface area ranging from 200 m.gto 900 m.gand a mesopore size ranging from 2 nm to 50 nm. Further, the use of a material having a high specific surface area for the absorption of pollutants species.

Process for manufacturing a material with a high specific surface area

A sol-gel method for producing an anti-corrosion coating consisting of at least one layer of an oxide on a metal substrate. A non-aqueous solution of a precursor of the oxide is prepared and deposited on one surface at least of the metal substrate in order to cover said surface at least partially with a film comprising the precursor of the oxide. Hydrolysis-condensation of the precursor of the oxide is carried out by exposing the film to a humid atmosphere in order to form an oxide network in the film. Then, a treatment for stabilizing the film on the surface of the substrate is carried out, followed by a heat treatment of the surface of the metal substrate in order to crystallize the network of oxide and form the anti-corrosion coating.

Sol-gel method for producing an anti-corrosion coating on a metal substrate

Coatings, for example polymer coatings or sol-gel coatings, including at least one layer of micrometric, individualised and mesostructured spherical particles. The particles having been created and loaded with at least one element selected from corrosion-inhibiting functional molecules and corrosion-inhibiting functional nano-objects, by a method having non-dissociable nebulization-heating steps that are continuous in a single reactor. The coatings form an anti-corrosion system, having mechanical strength and/or for coloring. The coatings are applicable, in particular, in the field of protecting light aeronautical alloys against corrosion.

Anti-corrosion coatings loaded with mesostructured particles

The present invention relates to compounds which can go to make up mesostructured porous hybrid organic-inorganic materials (MPHOIMs) and can serve, within these materials, as probe molecules for the detection or quantitative determination of halogenated gaseous compounds. It also relates to MPHOIMs in which these compounds are grafted by covalent or iono-covalent bonding, to a process for manufacturing these MPHOIMs, and also to chemical sensors for the detection or quantitative determination of halogenated gaseous compounds and comprising these MPHOIMs as sensitive materials. The invention applies, in particular, to the detection and quantitative determination of halogenated gaseous compounds used in the microelectronics field and, more especially, halogenated boron complexes.
