An invention provides a lens assembly. The lens assembly includes a first substrate, a lens, a first memory alloy wire and a second memory alloy wire, wherein the lens is placed in the first substrate, and the first substrate includes a first side plate and a second side plate that are placed on both sides of the lens. The optical image stabilization lens assembly has the advantages of a simple structure for realizing optical image stabilization and being able to realize miniaturized design. In addition, an optical image stabilization method for the lens assembly is provided.

Lens assembly and optical image stabilization method for same

Provided is a camera module, including: a shell; a lens assembly movable relative to the shell; a focusing and driving assembly; an image stabilization and driving assembly; and a supporting and guiding assembly for supporting the lens assembly and guide a movement of the lens assembly. The supporting and guiding assembly comprises a first magnetic portion fixed to the lens assembly, a second magnetic portion fixed to the shell and spaced from and opposite to the first magnetic portion, and a ball provided between the first magnetic portion and the second magnetic portion. The lens assembly is connected to the shell through the supporting and guiding assembly in a rollable way. According to the present invention, the ball is arranged between the first magnetic portion and the second magnetic portion to guide the lens assembly to achieve restoration, thereby saving an inner space and facilitating assembling thereof.

Camera module and periscope camera lens

Provided is a prism device applied to a periscope lens module. The prism device includes: a bearing frame; a supporting-restoring assembly; a prism; and shape memory alloy wires. The bearing frame includes a horizontal support plate, a vertical support plate, and two side plates. The shape memory alloy wires are connected to the supporting-restoring assembly and the bearing frame from the two side plates, respectively, so as to drive the supporting-restoring assembly to drive the prism to rotate about a first rotation center axis, and are connected to the supporting-restoring assembly and the bearing frame from the horizontal support plate and the vertical support plate, respectively, so as to drive the supporting-restoring assembly to drive the drive the prism to rotate about a second rotation center axis. The present invention replaces the electromagnetic driving with the shape memory alloy wire, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost.

Prism device applied to periscope lens module and periscope lens module

Provided is a periscope lens module, including: a prism; a bearing member including a bearing frame; a ball; a supporting member including a prism bracket, a driving bracket, and a rotating bracket in rotation-fit with the ball; an elastic member; and a driving member. The elastic member includes a first elastic bracket including a first abutting portion, and a second elastic bracket including a second abutting portion. The first and second abutting portions are spaced from each other and abut against a top of the rotating bracket from two sides of the ball, in such a manner that the rotating bracket and the ball abut against the bearing frame. The driving member is connected between the bearing member and the driving bracket for driving the supporting member to drive the prism to rotate. This leads to a simple structure while achieving image stabilization.

Periscope lens module and prism device applied to periscope lens module

The invention provides a prism module and a folded lens. The prism module includes a housing having an accommodation cavity, a prism assembly, a rotation shaft for rotationally connecting the prism assembly and the housing, a driving assembly for driving the prism assembly to rotate around the rotation shaft and a restoring assembly for resetting the prism assembly. The restoring assembly includes a first magnet and a second magnet. The first magnet is fixed on the prism assembly, and the second magnet is fixed on the housing and is set opposite to the first magnet with distance. The prism module of the invention can realize the resetting of the prism assembly, with small space occupation and convenient for assembly.

Prism module and folded lens using same

Provided is a lens assembly, including: a first base including a first bottom plate, and first and second side plates; a lens; and first and second memory alloy wires. The first memory alloy wire includes ends connected to the first side plate and the lens. The second memory alloy wire includes ends to the second side plate and the lens. Both the first and second memory alloy wires are perpendicular to an optical axis of the lens. According to the present invention, the first and second memory alloy wires are energized to deform, to drive the lens to reciprocate between the first and second side plates to achieve optical image stabilization. Therefore, there is no problem of magnetic field interference, and stability thereof is high. Such driving leads to a simple structure and convenient assembling without an additional Hall element, and has high usage reliability in a special environment.

Lens assembly

Provided is an auto focusing lens assembly, including a lens; a first base including a first side plate; a second base including a bottom plate, a first base body, and a second base body including a second side plate; and a pair of restoring structures. The first base is mounted to the second base body and slidable along the optical axis. The first side plate includes: a first plate body, and a second plate body. The restoring structure includes: an elastic member including one end connected to the first side plate and the other end connected to the first base body; a magnet assembly provided between the second side plate and the second plate body, and a guiding structure provided between the second side plate and the second plate body. The auto focusing lens assembly provided by the present invention can achieve a compact structure and a miniaturization design.

Auto focusing lens assembly

The invention says a lens module including a frame, a first circuit board arranged on the frame, a lens base for mounting a lens, a support device for supporting the lens base on the first circuit board, and a driving device connected between the first circuit board and the lens base. The frame includes oppositely arranged first side walls and oppositely arranged second side walls connected between the first side walls. The driving device includes shape memory alloy wires each being provided with two ends connected to the frame, and a driving end positioned between the two ends. The driving ends are supported on the lens base. The lens module said by the invention can further achieve miniaturization on the basis of reducing the difficulty in product assembly.

Lens module

Provided are a prism apparatus applied to a periscope lens module and a periscope lens module. The prism apparatus includes a bearing frame, a supporting member, a prism installed, shape memory alloy wires connected between the supporting member and the bearing frame and configured to drive the supporting member to rotate with respect to the bearing frame, and a restoring device connected between the supporting member and the bearing frame and configured to restore the supporting member. In the present invention, the shape memory alloy wires are used to drive the supporting member and the prism, such that the prism can automatically correct the angle, thereby improving the imaging quality. Moreover, the original electromagnetic drive is replaced with the shape memory alloy wires, which reduces a manufacturing cost of the prism apparatus applied to the periscope lens module, thereby achieving a mass production of the periscope lens module.

The invention provides a lens module having a housing, and a focusing support frame, a first base, a second base, and a lens. The focusing support frame is provided with three first guide slots, and the first base is provided with three second guide slots. A first ball is provided between the first guide slot and the second guide slot. The first base is provided with three third guide slots, the second base is provided with three fourth guide slots, and a second ball is provided between the third guide slot and the fourth guide slot. Through stacked focusing support frame and relative movement between the first base and the second base, auto focus and optical image stabilization can be realized. The stable lens movement can be realized through the least number of guide mechanisms and the simplest structure.

Provided is a lens module, including a base, a lens holder fixed in the base, a support assembly, a shape-memory alloy wire configured to drive the lens holder to move in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis of the lens, a circuit board, and a conductive member fixed on the base. The shape-memory alloy wire includes a tail end, and a driving end connected to the lens holder. The conductive member includes a fixing portion mounted on the base, a connecting portion configured to be connected to the tail end of the shape-memory alloy wire, a terminal configured to be electrically connected to the circuit board, and a plurality of bent portions connected between the fixing portion and the terminal. An included angle &#x3b1; is formed between the terminal and the fixing portion and is greater than 90&#xb0;.

A lens module is disclosed. In the lens module, each group of shape memory alloy wires comprises two ends fixed to one of a base and a lens base, and a drive end located between the two ends, the other one of the base and the lens base is provided with a fixing member. The drive end is connected to the fixing member. The fixing member is provided with a flapper for preventing the drive end from escaping the fixing member. By adding a flapper to the fixing member, it may effectively prevent the shape memory alloy wires from escaping the fixing member. Besides, when one group of shape memory alloy wires operates, it does not result in extra stress to other groups of shape memory alloy wires, thereby prolonging service life of the shape memory alloy wires.

Provided is a prism device applied to a periscope lens module, including a bearing frame, a supporting-restoring assembly, a prism, and shape memory alloy wires. The shape memory alloy wires include first to fourth shape memory alloy wires. The first shape memory alloy wire and the second shape memory alloy wire are configured to drive the supporting-restoring assembly to drive the prism to rotate about a first rotation center axis. The third shape memory alloy wire and the fourth shape memory alloy wire are used to drive the supporting-restoring assembly to drive the prism to rotate about a second rotation center axis. The first rotation center axis is perpendicular to the second rotation center axis. The solutions of the present invention enable the prism to rotate towards two central axes that are perpendicular to each other, and has high stability and a simple structure, thereby achieving miniaturization.

Provided is a prism device applied to a periscope lens module. The prism device includes: a bearing frame; a supporting-restoring assembly; a prism; and shape memory alloy wires configured to drive the supporting-restoring assembly and the prism to rotate relative to the bearing frame. Two opposite sides of the bearing frame are each provided with limiting grooves, two opposite sides of the supporting-restoring assembly are each provided with limiting arms inserted into the limiting grooves in one-to-one correspondence; and each limiting arm and a corresponding limiting groove form a clearance fit in such a manner that the limiting arm is movable in the limiting groove. In the present invention, two opposite sides of the bearing frame are provided with limiting grooves, and limiting arms on the supporting-restoring assembly are inserted into the limiting grooves, thereby preventing the supporting-restoring assembly from escaping from the bearing frame during use.

The present invention provides a lens module including a base, a lens holder, and a support assembly configured to support the lens holder. The lens holder is suspended in the base through the support assembly and includes at least two connecting portions configured to be fixedly connected to the support assembly. Each two connecting portion is provided with a groove, in which a buffering member is provided. The support assembly includes at least two support members, and each support member has one end connected to the groove of one connecting portion through the buffering member provided in the groove and the other end fixed to the base. The buffer can exerts a buffering function to buffer the support, and thus reduces or even avoids the shaking of the lens holder in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis of the lens.
