A method and apparatus for creating a scenario for an autonomous driving simulation. The method includes setting, based on a first user input, a location of a first target object at each of a first plurality time points on a map for a simulation scenario, the first plurality of time points comprising a first time point and a third time point; and defining, based on a second user input, an action of a second target object that is different from the first target object in relation to at least one of the set locations of the first target object.

A diagnostic device for a battery includes a measurement unit configured to acquire a current value and a voltage value of the battery, and a diagnostic unit configured to calculate an internal resistance value of the battery based on the current value and the voltage value acquired by the measurement unit, and diagnose the battery based on the internal resistance value. The diagnostic unit is configured to cause the battery to perform discharge at a first current value and a second current value smaller than a predetermined target current value during a first period and a second period shorter than a predetermined target period, respectively, estimate the internal resistance value when the battery is caused to perform the discharge at the target current value during the target period, and diagnose the battery.

Diagnostic device and diagnostic method for battery

A battery diagnosis device includes: one or more sensors which measure at least one of a current value, a voltage value, and a temperature value of a battery; a first determination unit which acquires, from the sensor, at least one of measured values of the current value, the voltage value, and the temperature value of the battery, and determines a state of the battery by using a first method, based on the acquired measured values; a second determination unit which acquires, from the sensor, at least one of measured values of the current value, the voltage value, and the temperature value of the battery, and determines the state of the battery by using a second method different from the first method, based on the acquired measured values; and a diagnosis unit which diagnoses the battery, based on determination results of the first determination unit and the second determination unit.

Battery diagnosis device and battery diagnosis method

A power supply system includes a plurality of batteries, a plurality of battery control devices, and a charging device configured to receive charging information of the batteries transmitted from the battery control devices. The batteries are connected in parallel. Each of the battery control devices is configured to set any one of the batteries as a target battery, and control a charging state of the target battery. Each of the battery control devices is configured to transmit and receive an internal resistance value obtained from the target battery to and from other battery control devices, and generate and transmit charging information of the target battery based on the internal resistance values of the batteries. The charging device is configured to execute charging processing of the batteries based on the charging information of the batteries.

Power supply system

A power supply control system includes at least two power supply devices. Each of the at least two power supply devices includes a battery, a monitoring unit configured to generate availability information of the battery, and a charging and discharging controller configured to control charging and discharging of the battery. A first monitoring unit of a first power supply device acquires a state of a second battery of a second power supply device from a second monitoring unit of the second power supply device. When a failure occurs in the second monitoring unit, the first monitoring unit estimates a present state of the second battery, and generates estimation availability information of the second battery based on an estimation result. A second charging and discharging controller of the second power supply device acquires the estimation availability information, and controls charging and discharging of the second battery.

Power supply control system and power supply control method

A battery output monitoring device includes: a battery characteristics estimating unit which estimates an internal resistance value and a current-less voltage of the battery; a guard power calculating unit which calculates, based on at least the internal resistance value, a guard power to be greater than a required power to correspond to at least a decrease in a state of charge and progress of polarization of the battery during a predetermined period, the guard power being a power required to be a currently available output power of the battery so as to output the required power at a predetermined minimum voltage during the predetermined period; and a determination unit which instructs an external alarm device to perform an alarm operation when a difference between the current power and the guard power is less than a predetermined value.
