In an implementation, a first communication device determines a first antenna identifier based on air interface transmission information, the first communication device sends the first antenna identifier to a digital switch, and the digital switch switches from a second switch state to a first switch state based on the first antenna identifier, where the first switch state indicates that a second communication device communicates with the first antenna within a first time unit, and the second switch state indicates that the second communication device communicates with a second antenna within a second time unit.

MEMS microphone

The present invention provides a MEMS microphone including a substrate with a back cavity and a capacitive system disposed on the substrate. The capacitive system includes a back plate and a vibration diaphragm arranged opposite to the back plate. The back plate includes a middle part and a fixed part surrounding the middle part and fixed to the substrate. The fixed part is arranged with a thickness greater than that of the middle part, and the fixed part includes a first surface away from the substrate and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first surface includes a first arc connected to the middle part, and the first arc protrudes away from the substrate. Compared with related technologies, the MEMS microphone provided by the present invention can improve the reliability of the back plate.

The present disclosure discloses a MEMS microphone, including: a substrate including a back cavity; a capacitive system arranged on the substrate, the capacitive system including a back plate and a diaphragm opposite to the back plate; wherein the diaphragm includes a vibration portion and a fixing portion surrounding the vibration portion and fixed to the substrate, the vibration portion and the fixing portion are spaced apart from each other by a slit, the fixing portion includes a plurality of releasing portions, and the releasing portions pass through the fixing portion. A MEMS microphone, includes a substrate with a back cavity, and a capacitive system located on the substrate, including a back plate and a diaphragm opposite to the back plate, wherein the back plate includes a body portion, a fixing portion connected with the body portion and the substrate, and a plurality of strip reinforcing ribs, the reinforcing ribs are protruded from the body portion. Compared with the related art, the MEMS microphone disclosed by the present disclosure could improve the strength of the back plate.

The present invention provides a diaphragm and a MEMS sensor using the diaphragm. The diaphragm is a rectangular diaphragm, and the diaphragm includes a main body of the diaphragm and fixed parts arranged outside the main body of the diaphragm and located at the four corners of the diaphragm. The four corners of the rectangular diaphragm are depressed parts formed by concave in the direction of the diaphragm main body. The fixed part includes at least two fixed anchor points arranged along the edge of the diaphragm forming the depressed part. The present invention improves the effective sensing area of the diaphragm and the acoustic performance of the MEMS sensor.

The method includes: determining whether at least one parameter causing recalculation of a best master clock (BMC) algorithm changes; in a case where it is determined that the parameter changes, sending a 1588 standard-based Announce message; and in a case where it is determined that the parameter does not change, sending a keep-alive message of the Announce message. In the present disclosure, by distinguishing keep-alive messages from protocol messages, the problem that a CPU system is busy due to the processing of Announce messages is solved, thereby realizing the optimization of the 1588 protocol, and reducing the impact on the CPU.

The present invention provides a vibration motor including a housing with an accommodation space, a vibration member and a fixed member accommodated in the accommodation space, and an elastic support member suspending the vibration member. The elastic support member has an elastic arm, a first fixed part, and a second fixed part. Both the first fixed part and the second fixed part are bent toward the same side of the elastic arm, and the vibration member is located between the first fixed part and the second fixed part. The elastic stress of the elastic support member is effectively improved and the service life of the elastic support member is improved.

The present disclosure discloses a MEMS chip including a capacitance system and a substrate with a back cavity. The capacitance system includes a back plate and a membrane; the substrate is located on one side of the membrane away from the back plate, including a first surface opposite to the membrane, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and an inner wall connecting the first surface and the second surface and enclosing the back cavity; the inner wall includes a first opening close to the membrane, having a first width along a first direction perpendicular with a vibration direction of the membrane, and a second opening away from the membrane, having a second width smaller than the first width along the first direction. The resonance frequency of the MEMS chip has been effectively improved and the SNR is simultaneously high.

The present disclosure discloses a MEMS chip which includes a substrate, a back plate fixed on the substrate, and a membrane fixed on the substrate and located above the back plate. A sealed space is formed between the membrane and the back plate. A support pillar is received in the sealed space. Two ends of the support pillar along a vibration direction of the membrane are separately fixed on the membrane and the back plate. As a result, when decreasing the volume of the back cavity, the resonance frequency of the MEMS chip has been effectively improved and the SNR is simultaneously high. Furthermore, the support pillar can effectively improve the reliability and crack resistance of the membrane.

An antenna includes: at least three radio frequency interfaces and a feed network, where each of the radio frequency interfaces is connected to a radio frequency channel between the radio frequency interface and a RRU. A first interface is configured to receive a signal from the RRU, and transmit the signal to a second interface by using the feed network. The second interface is configured to send the signal to the RRU. The feed network includes a main feed circuit, a calibration signal circuit, and a switch. The calibration signal circuit is configured to transmit a calibration signal from the first interface to the second interface, where the calibration signal is used to calibrate a phase and an amplitude of the radio frequency channel connected to the first interface. The switch is configured to isolate the calibration signal from a signal on the main feed circuit.
