An ink layer is disposed on the substrate and has a reflectivity gradually increasing from the first end to the second end. Backlight module including optical film and manufacturing method thereof

A backlight source and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The backlight source includes a first substrate, a plurality of light sources, a driving circuit layer, and a conductive line. The light sources are distributed on an upper surface of the first substrate. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The driving circuit layer is disposed on a surface of a side of the second substrate away from the first substrate. An end of the conductive line is connected to one of the light sources, and another end of the conductive line is bonded to the driving circuit layer.

Backlight source and manufacturing method thereof

A mini-LED backlight structure and a backlight module are provided. The mini-LED backlight structure includes a backplate, a glass substrate, and reflective sheets. The glass substrate includes a line surface and a lineless surface close to a side of the backplate. Light emitting diodes and a connector are disposed on the lineless surface. Furthermore, a gap is between the backplate and the glass substrate for disposing the light emitting diodes and the connector. The connector is electrically connected to an external circuit through a conducting wire. Disposing a plurality of elements, the connector, and the light emitting diodes on a same surface of the lineless surface is unlikely affecting backlight effect and saves materials at a same time.

Thus the brightness of both sides of the light emitting devise layer is uniform, and thus the backlight uniformity of the backlight module is increased.

The optical film has a light incident surface, a light emitting surface, and a first side surface. The first side surface is perpendicular to the backplate, and the light emitting surface is parallel to the backplate. The quantum dot film is disposed on the light emitting surface of the optical film. The phosphor layer is disposed on the first side surface of the optical film. The light incident surface of the optical film is located on the backplate in a light emission direction of the light source.

Disclosed is a backlight module and a display module. The backlight module includes a backboard, a light bar, and an atomization layer. The backboard includes a bottom board, a plurality of side boards connected to the bottom board, and a top board connected to the plurality of side boards, and the plurality of side boards are enclosed to define a receiving chamber of the backboard. The light bar is located in the receiving chamber and is fixed at one side of the bottom board facing the top board. This invention discloses a low-cost backlight module including a plurality of light source assemblies arranged in an array, and a reflector as well as a diffuser plate both disposed beside each light source assembly, wherein the reflector includes a circle of side reflection wall arranged annularly around the light source assembly, each of the light source assemblies includes a plurality of spot light sources spaced apart circumferentially and faced toward the side reflection wall, and the light emitted by the spot light source toward the side reflection wall is reflected by the side reflection wall and then emitted out from the diffuser plate. This invention further discloses a display device. An area of the diffuser plate that is emitted by each spot light source is enlarged and the emitted light becomes more uniform. The number of spot light sources is reduced and the problem of LED Mura is avoided.

Low cost backlight module and display device

This invention provides a composite diffuser plate comprising a light-emitting layer for emitting light, a middle layer for guiding light, and a light-entering layer for entering light, being sequentially stacked downwardly. At least one surface of the middle layer is provided with an array of curved protrusions. Refractive indexes of the light-emitting layer, the middle layer and the light-entering layer are gradually increased. This invention further provides an ultra-thin direct type backlight module. In the composite diffuser plate of this invention, in addition to a gradual increase in refractive indexes of the light-emitting layer, the middle layer and the light-entering layer, the middle layer is provided with a microstructure having curved protrusions, which further enhances diverging effect of emitting angle. The direct-light TV can increase a light-emitting area with a small OD value, and thus improves a LED Mura problem, realizing a slim direct-light TV and enhancing market competitiveness.

Composite diffuser and ultra-thin direct type backlight module

The present invention provides a diffusion plate and a direct-type backlight module. By disposing the first groove on the light incident side of the second structure layer of the diffusion plate, disposing the second groove or the third protrusions on the light emitting side of the second structure layer, and the refractive index of the first structure layer, the second structure layer and the third structure layer is sequentially increased, the divergence angles of the incident light can be significantly increased, to achieve uniform backlight brightness. The direct-type backlight module of the present application includes the diffusion plate described above. The mura problem can be solved while reducing the number of the LED lamps and the light mixing distance, so as to realize the low cost and slim design of the direct-type backlight module, and are conducive to the use of the direct-type backlight module in the ultra-thin TV field.
