A step device includes: a mounting seat including a limiting part and configured to be mounted to a vehicle body; a step seat including an engaging part; a step mounted on the step seat; and an extension and retraction assembly connected to the mounting seat and the step seat, the extension and retraction assembly being configured to drive the step seat to move between an extended position where the engaging part is separated from the limiting part and a retracted position where the engaging part is engaged with the limiting part.

An electric step device and a vehicle are provided. The electric step device includes a step, a retractable mechanism and an anti-collision assembly. The retractable mechanism includes a mounting seat, a step seat and an arm assembly, the step is mounted to the step seat, and the arm assembly is connected between the mounting seat and the step seat to drive the step to move between an extended position and a retracted position. The anti-collision assembly includes first and second anti-collision components, the first anti-collision component is mounted to the step and includes an anti-collision shaft, and the second anti-collision component is mounted to the mounting seat and includes an anti-collision groove. In the retracted position, the anti-collision shaft is fitted in the anti-collision groove. In the extended position, the anti-collision shaft is disengaged from the anti-collision groove.

A step mounting mechanism includes a mounting seat, a drive component, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a step mounting member. The mounting seat is provided with first and second shaft holes. The drive component is connected to a drive shaft. Two ends of the first connecting rod are provided with third and fourth shaft holes. A first sealing shaft sleeve is fitted over the drive shaft, and is at least partially located in the first shaft hole. Two ends of the second connecting rod are provided with fifth and sixth shaft holes, and the second and fifth shaft holes are hinged through a first hinge shaft. In some embodiments, the step apparatus for the vehicle includes: a foot step; a load detection device coupled to the foot step for detecting a load applied to the foot step; a controller in communication with the load detection device and configured to receive and process a load signal detected by the load detection device and to determine whether the foot step is overloaded; and an alarm in communication with the controller. In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to generate an alerting signal to control the alarm to send out an alert when the foot step is overloaded.

The present disclosure relates generally to personnel lift vehicles that include a carriage, a telescoping lift and a load carrying frame. The telescoping lift is connected to a rear portion of the carriage and the load carrying frame is connected to and extends forward from the telescoping lift. The load carrying frame includes a bottom portion that provides an operator platform that is disposed at a central portion of the carriage between a front portion and the rear portion of the carriage. The configuration of the disclosed personnel lift vehicle provides an integral solution for counterweight requirements for the carriage while reducing the overall driving space required for the vehicle.
