A sensor includes a housing, a circuit board, and a sensor chip fixed on the circuit board. The housing defines a receiving cavity and a first channel extending through the housing. The first channel communicates with the receiving cavity and an outside of the sensor. The circuit board is at least partially received in the receiving cavity. At least a part of the circuit board is bonded and fixed to the housing by a thermal conductive glue. The sensor chip is adapted for sensing at least one of a humidity signal and a temperature signal of an environment in the receiving cavity. As a result, the monitoring accuracy is relatively improved.

Sensor and heat exchanger

A heat exchanger includes a first collecting pipe, a number of heat exchange tubes and a partition plate. The heat exchange tubes are inserted into the first collecting pipe. By means of the partition plate, a first inner cavity of the first collecting pipe is divided into a first sub-cavity and a second sub-cavity. One end of each heat exchange tube is in communication with the first sub-cavity. In the process of a refrigerant entering the first collecting pipe, the refrigerant flows into the second sub-cavity firstly, and forms a severe turbulence effect after interacting with the heat exchange tubes inserted into the second sub-cavity. Then, the refrigerant flows into the first sub-cavity through holes provided in the partition plate, and then flows into the heat exchange tubes. As a result, the uniformity of the two-phase refrigerant distribution can be relatively improved.

Heat exchanger and heat exchange system

A gas-liquid separation device includes a cylinder, an external port, an adapter, and a gas-liquid separation component. The cylinder has a first cavity, a second cavity, and a third cavity. The external port includes a first port, a second port, and a third port. The adapter is at least partially disposed in the cylinder. The gas-liquid separation component is located in the third cavity. When the gas-liquid separation device is in a first working state, the adapter separates the third port from the third cavity, the first port serves as the inlet, and the second port serves as the outlet when the gas-liquid separation device is in a second working state, the adapter communicates the third port with the third cavity, the second port serves as an inlet, and the first port and the third port serve as outlets. The gas-liquid separation component separates gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant.

Gas-liquid separation device

A heat exchanger includes a collecting pipe, a number of heat exchange tubes and a distribution pipe. A pipe wall of the distribution pipe defines a number of through holes communicating with the collecting pipe. The through holes are a first through hole, . . . an (n−1)through hole and an nthrough hole disposed in sequence along a direction from a first end to a second end of the distribution pipe. A distance between an (i+1)through hole and an ithrough hole is: d=αL, i=1, 2, . . . n−1, α=0.618, Lis a distance between adjacent heat exchange tubes. As a result, uniformity of refrigerant distribution in the heat exchanger is improved.

Heat exchanger

A heat exchanger has a collecting pipe, a separator and a number of heat exchange tubes. The collecting pipe has a pipe wall and an inner cavity. The separator is provided in the inner cavity. The separator extends along a lengthwise direction of the collecting pipe. The separator divides the collecting pipe into a first cavity and a second cavity. The heat exchange tubes are arranged along the lengthwise direction. Each heat exchange tube has a first end and an inner cavity. The first end of the heat exchange tube sequentially passes through the pipe wall of the collecting pipe, the first cavity and the separator to be inserted into the second cavity. The inner cavity of the heat exchange tube is communicated with the second cavity. As a result, uniformity of refrigerant distribution in the heat exchanger is improved.

A refrigerating device used to reduce a temperature of drinks is provided and a higher refrigerating efficiency can be obtained through a control method and a control system thereof. The refrigerating device includes a pre-refrigeration unit used to pre-refrigerate a raw material; a main-refrigeration unit in communication with the pre-refrigeration unit and used to accommodate the pre-refrigerated raw material and refrigerate the raw material further; a dispenser in communication with the main-refrigeration unit and used to dispense the frozen drink in the main-refrigeration unit; and a refrigeration system providing a refrigerating capacity to the pre-refrigeration unit and the main-refrigeration unit.

The heat exchanger integrated assembly includes a heat exchanger, a mating portion and an adaptor, wherein the heat exchanger includes a first inlet and a first outlet; the mating portion includes a first side, a second side and a first hole and a second hole passing through the first side and the second side, and the mating portion further includes a first recessed portion formed on the first side and in communication with the first hole; and the adaptor includes a first passage in communication with the first hole and in communication with the first inlet via the first recessed portion, and a second passage in communication with the first outlet via the second hole. The heat exchanger is integrated with other parts and is connected to an expansion valve directly.

Heat exchanger integrated assembly and manufacturing method thereof

A method for manufacturing a refrigerant guide tube of a heat exchanger and a refrigerant guide tube manufactured using the method and a heat exchanger with the refrigerant guide tube are disclosed. The refrigerant guide tube includes tube body and channels extending through a wall of the tube body. The tube body is formed by a butt joint of side edges of more than one bar-shaped plate materials along the length direction. The method allows forming the refrigerant channels of the guide tube before or during forming the tube body when the method is used to manufacture the guide tube, so as to avoid directly forming the channels on the tube body and make the process of manufacture the guide tube simpler and more convenient.

A baffle and a heat exchanger with the baffle are provided. The baffle is disposed inside a header pipe of the heat exchanger, and divides the header pipe into two sections along the axial direction. The baffle supports a refrigerant duct which is set inside the header pipe along the axial direction. The baffle is a split type, and includes a first baffle member and a second baffle member connected together via an engagement structure. The installation efficiency of the baffle and the installation quality of the refrigerant duct are enhanced, and the reliability of the heat exchanger is also improved.
