An MR-PET apparatus is provided. The MR-PET apparatus may include a supporting component, a PET detection device, an RF coil, and a signal shielding component. The PET detection device may be supported on the supporting component. The PET detection device may be configured to receive a plurality of photons. The RF coil may be configured to generate or receive a radio frequency (RF) signal. The signal shielding component may be placed between the PET detection device and the RF coil. A method for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is provided. The method may include obtaining scan data of a subject. The scan data may be acquired by an MR scanner at a time according to a pulse sequence. The method may include obtaining motion data of the subject. The motion data of the subject may be acquired by one or more sensors at the time. The motion data may reflect a motion state of the subject at the time. The method may also include determining, based on the motion data of the subject, a processing strategy indicating whether using the scan data to fill one or more k-space lines corresponding to the pulse sequence in a k-space. The method may further include obtaining k-space data based on the processing strategy.

Systems and methods for magnetic resonance imaging

A method may include obtaining an image representing a region of interest (ROI) of an object. The ROI may include two or more sub-regions. The method may include determining an average value of quantitative indexes associated with elements in the image corresponding to a first region of the ROI. The method may include determining, for each of the two or more sub-regions of the ROI, a threshold based on the average value; identifying target elements in the image based on the thresholds of the two or more sub-regions. The method may include assigning a presentation value to each of at least some of the target elements based on the average value and the quantitative index of the each target element. The method may include generating a presentation of the image based on the presentation values.

A method include obtaining at least one first PET image of a subject acquired by a PET scanner and at least one first MR image of the subject acquired by an MR scanner. The method may also include obtaining a target neural network model. The target neural network model may provide a mapping relationship between PET images, MR images, and corresponding attenuation correction data, and output attenuation correction data associated with a specific PET image of the PET images. The method may further include generating first attenuation correction data corresponding to the subject using the target neural network model based on the at least one first PET image and the at least one first MR image of the subject, and determining a target PET image of the subject based on the first attenuation correction data corresponding to the subject.

The PET detector module may further comprise a temperature control system, such as an air-cooling system or a heat exchange plate. The present disclosure also relates to a heat exchange plate, which comprises a fluidic passage for containing a flow of a heat exchange media. The heat exchange plate is suitable for use in the magnetic field environment of a MRI system.

An apparatus, system, and method involving one or more sparse detectors are provided. A sparse detector may include an array of scintillator crystals generating scintillation in response to radiation and an array of photodetectors generating an electrical signal in response to the scintillation. A portion of the scintillator crystals may be spaced apart by substituents or gaps. The distribution of the substitutes or gaps may be according to a sparsity rule. At least a portion of the array of photodetectors may be coupled to the array of scintillator crystals. An imaging system including an apparatus that may include one or more sparse detectors is provided. The imaging system may include a processor to process the imaging data acquired by the apparatus or system including the one or more sparse detectors. The method may include preprocess the acquired image data and produce images by image reconstruction.
