A storage battery switching unit connected in series with each storage battery is arranged on a parallel branch circuit where the storage battery is located, and includes a charging control unit configured to switch on or switch off a charging loop of the storage battery and a discharging control unit connected in parallel with the charging control unit and configured to switch on or switch off a discharging loop of the storage battery.
