Disclosed is a fluorescent compound for the detection of isocyanate substances, a preparation method therefor and use thereof as a test-paper-type detection probe. The fluorescent compound is-di((('-(diphenylamino)-[&#x2032;-biphenyl]--yl)imino)methyl)phenol. The fluorescent compound is prepared by means of a one-step method. The fluorescent compound has simple and convenient preparation with high yield, and is capable of making a rapid and specific response to isocyanate substances. Moreover, the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent compound will enhance with the increase of the isocyanate concentration. The fluorescent compound can be made into a portable test-paper-type probe for the detection of isocyanate substances in air, and can achieve the visual detection of volatile isocyanate gases. The probe has an aggregation-induced emission effect, and thus it has higher fluorescence quantum yield when using a test-paper-type probe for detection.

The fluorescent probe is 3-(4-(2-(4'-(diphenylamino)-3-((4-nitrobenzyl)oxy)-[1, 1&#x2032;-biphenyl]-4-yl)vinyl)quinolin-1-ium-1-yl)propane-1-sulfonate. The fluorescent probe of the present invention, with the introduction of hydrophilic groups, sulfonate and quinolinium, the probe's hydrophilicity is enhanced, under the enzymatic catalysis of nitroreductase (NTR), 1,6-rearrangement and elimination reaction occurs, and hydroxyl group is generated. Detection and analysis of the NTR in the industrial enzymatic reactions can be realized due to the change of fluorescence which is induced by the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) effect. This method has such advantages as easy preparation, high yield and being suitable for detecting high concentration of enzyme in the enzymatic reactions, and it shows an extensive application prospect in the field of enzyme-detection in the industrial enzymatic reaction systems.

The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a device, and a system for controlling multichannel cascade between two media control servers. The method comprises: receiving a service request message; choosing a target channel among all the channels multichannel-cascaded with an opposite cascaded media control server according to the service request message and a preset channel usage rule; and sending information about the determined target channel to the opposite cascaded media control server so as to enable the opposite cascaded media control server to carry out code stream switching according to the information about the target channel. The method disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention saves cascaded channels and improves the utilization of cascaded channels, thereby saving channel resources.
