A method, an apparatus, and a device for simulating a travel path of a catheter in a blood vessel. The method comprises: determining a preset path for the catheter to travel in a target artery segment based on extending direction of an artery, wherein the target artery segment refers to an artery segment which is subsequently subjected to catheter path simulation and includes an aneurysm (S); simulating the travel path of the catheter in a lumen of the target artery segment (S); and correcting the travel path based on the preset path to obtain a corrected travel path (S): in this way, the resulting simulated and corrected travel path of the catheter may characterize the actual travel path of the catheter in the artery and may also reflect a substantial shape of the catheter indwelling in the lumen of the artery, wherein the corrected travel path highly agrees with the shape of the artery. Based on the corrected travel path, the travel path of the catheter in the blood vessel and the shape and position of the catheter indwelling in the blood vessel may be determined more accurately, such that the operator may determine more intuitively whether the catheter may be inserted to a specified position in the blood vessel, which enhances convenience. The catheter travels spirally along the arterial wall, ensuring stability of the catheter during a surgery process.

Disclosed are a cranial CT-based grading method and a corresponding system, which relate to the field of medical imaging. The cranial CT-based grading method as disclosed solves the problems of relatively great subjective disparities and poor operability in eye-balling ASPECTS assessment. The grading method includes: determining frames where target image slices are located from to-be-processed multi-frame cranial CT data; extracting target areas; performing infarct judgment on each target area included in the target areas to output an infarct judgment outcome regarding the target area; and outputting a grading outcome based on infarct judgment outcomes regarding all target areas. The grading method and system as disclosed may eliminate or mitigate the diagnosis disparities caused by human factors and imaging deviations due to different imaging devices, and shorten the time taken by human observation, consideration, and bared-eye grading, thereby serving as a computer-aided method to provide reference for medical studies on stoke.

Cranial CT-based grading method and system

A method and a system for measuring morphological parameters of an intracranial aneurysm image, the method comprises: segmenting an intracranial parent artery image from three-dimensional DICOM data of DSA (S); segmenting the intracranial aneurysm image on the intracranial aneurysm image (S); and measuring morphological parameters of the intracranial aneurysm image (S).
