Disclosed are a M-cell targeting and pH-responsive starch-based carrier material, and a preparation method and application thereof. The starch-based carrier material has a molecular structure as follows, a molecular weight of 7.04×10to 2.11×10g/mol, a degree of substitution of carboxymethyl groups of 0.04 to 0.28, and a grafting amount of targeting peptide GRGDS of 0.01% to 1.12% (calculated based on the content of N). The material is not dissolved in water when protonated at pH (pH=1.2) of the stomach, and is slowly dissolved in water when deprotonated at pH (pH=6.8) of the small intestine, therefore it has good responsiveness to pH of the gastrointestinal tract. The material can efficiently encapsulate a positively charged active substance by means of electrostatic interaction, therefore it can protect the active substances from being destroyed and inactivated in the gastrointestinal tract. Meanwhile, the material can target M cells to improve the transport efficiency of the active substance by M cells, thereby improving the bioavailability of the active substance.

Starch-based carrier material with M cell targeting performance and pH responsiveness, and preparation method therefor and use thereof

Disclosed is a replication-defective Ad35-vectored immunogenic composition for inducing immune response against SARS COV-2, comprising an Ad35 vector, wherein the Ad35 vector encodes the optimized nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. Some embodiments of the present disclosure have better safety and use convenience. Experiments have shown that the immunogenic composition can produce more S proteins in human cells. Some embodiments of the present disclosure may be used in combination with another immunogenic composition or may also be used as a therapeutic immunogenic composition for Corona Virus Disease 2019. When a patient is immunized with the Ad35-vectored immunogenic composition of the present disclosure at the initial stage of infection, the immunogenic composition induces an immune response in the human body, thereby achieving a therapeutic effect.

A method for detecting a vehicle sunvisor's state includes obtaining a detected image; conducting a gray-scale preprocessing on the detected image, to obtain a gray-level image; conducting a main connected region extraction on the gray-level image, and calculating a geometric feature and a rectangle similarity of each main connected region; conducting a horizontal long edge extraction on the gray-level image, and conducting feature matching operation between horizontal long edges and main connected regions to obtain a region edge matching relationship; determining the sunvisor's state based on the region edge matching relationship, the geometric feature of main connected regions and rectangle similarity of main connected regions. The present invention can be widely applied in the field of image process.
