The invention relates to a single corrugated fuel cell and a cell stack. The single cell comprises an anode plate, a cathode plate, and a membrane electrode assembly; the anode plate is of a corrugated structure and a plurality of anode channels and anode ribs are arranged on the anode plate in parallel; the cathode plate is of a corrugated structure engaged with the anode plate and a plurality of cathode channels and cathode ribs are arranged on the cathode plate in parallel; the membrane electrode assembly is arranged between the anode plate and the cathode plate. The single cell presents a corrugated structure in a width direction of the channel. A plurality of single cells are stacked in sequence to form a fuel cell stack. Compared with the prior art, the invention significantly increases the reaction area per unit volume of the fuel cell through the corrugated structural design, thereby improving the power density of the fuel cell. In addition, the present invention has little change to the existing processing and manufacturing technology, and thus has high production feasibility.

Single corrugated fuel cell and cell stack

The invention relates to a graphite micro-crystalline carbon coating for metal bipolar plates of fuel cells and an application thereof. The graphite micro-crystalline carbon coating is a graphite-like coating deposited on the surface of a metal bipolar plate, includes, by weight, 5%-50% of graphite micro-crystals, and has good compactness. Based on conventional magnetron sputtering technologies, the energy of deposited particles is changed by changing a target sputtering power source, the intensity of a sputtering magnetic field and the deposition temperature of the coating to change the structure of the carbon coating, so that the carbon coating with high conductivity, corrosion resistance, and stability is prepared. Compared with the prior art, under a precondition where the preparation cost of the coating is not increased, the contact resistance of the metal bipolar plate of a fuel cell and a gas diffusion layer can be reduced, and the corrosion resistance of the carbon coating in an acidic environment of the fuel cell and the conductive stability of the carbon coating after a long-time test can be improved, which is of great significance for promoting the commercialization of fuel cells.

Graphite micro-crystalline carbon coating for metal bipolar plates of fuel cells and application thereof

The disclosure provides an anti-corrosion conductive film and methods of making and using thereof. The anti-corrosion conductive film is formed by sequentially forming an anti-corrosion protective layer, a stress transition layer and a conducting layer on the surface of a substrate by deposition through a high-low pulse bias alternation method. The anti-corrosion conductive film is a nano-multilayer anti-corrosion conductive film exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance and conductivity. The anti-corrosion conductive film has great application prospects in the fields of metal polar plates of fuel cells, ground grid equipment of power transmission lines, and the like.

Anti-corrosion conductive film and pulse bias alternation-based magnetron sputtering deposition method and application thereof

A high-frequency continuous electromagnetic forming device for plate formation comprises a charger, a control terminal, a continuous charge-discharge device, a forming coil and a plate access terminal. The charger is used for charging the continuous charge-discharge device. Capacitor banks are arranged in the continuous charge-discharge device, and capacitors in the capacitor banks are sequentially discharged through an electromagnetic coil to apply a pulsed electromagnetic force to a workpiece to complete one forming process, and after discharging, the capacitors are charged to prepare for further discharging, so that continuous formation is realized. The control terminal is connected to the continuous charge-discharge device and the plate access terminal, and the forming coil is connected to the continuous charge-discharge device through a wire.
