The application relates to a robot machining system and control method for ultrasonic surface rolling process of an aircraft engine blade. The robot machining system includes: a robot, to which an ultrasonic surface rolling process device is fixed, the robot drives the ultrasonic surface rolling process device to move; a base provided with a spindle turntable and a three-dimensional mobile lifting device, the spindle turntable being provided with a rotatable blade clamp, and a flexible follow-up support head being fixed to the three-dimensional mobile lifting device; and a control system, which is in electrical connection or communication connection with the robot, the spindle turntable and the three-dimensional mobile lifting device, respectively. According to the application, the robot assists in clamping ultrasonic rolling device and cooperates with the three-dimensional mobile lifting device and the flexible follow-up support head, such that the accurate ultrasonic surface rolling process of blade is realized.

There are provided systems and methods for sentence level dialogue summaries using unsupervised machine learning for keyword selection and scoring. A service provider, such as an electronic transaction processor for digital transactions, may provide computing services to users, which may be used to engage in interactions with other users and entities. When utilizing these services, memoranda may be generated that includes text from different online interactions. To provide summarization and searching of the memoranda, the service provider may implement an unsupervised machine learning framework that utilizes machine learning models to perform text preprocessing, keyword extraction, and keyword weighting when ranking and outputting relevant keywords. Once extracted and ranked, the keywords may be used to provide different insights to the memoranda. The keywords may be selected based on domains and tasks and the framework may be made pluggable and customizable for different systems and search operations.

Unsupervised machine learning model framework for keyword analysis in real-time of multilingual documents

A double-sided ultrasonic rolling cooperative strengthening system and a control method thereof are provided. Methods and systems are presented for analyzing transactions conducted through user accounts with an online service provider based on graph analysis. A graph is generated based on a set of seed accounts that are determined to be involved in suspicious activities. The graph includes a set of seed nodes representing the seed accounts, and a set of nodes representing user accounts that are connected to the set of seed accounts in downstream transactions. A random walk traversal based on multiple dimensions is performed on the graph to determine nodes that are closely related to the set of seed nodes. Transactions conducted through the seed accounts and accounts corresponding to nodes that are closely related to the set of seed nodes are analyzed to detect any malicious activities. The graph may also be presented according to a layered hierarchical structure for better visualization of transaction flows through the accounts.
