A multifunctional electromagnetic transducer includes a bracket, a vibrating unit including a magnetic circuit part receiving in the bracket, and a plurality of helical wound springs assembled to the bracket for sustaining the magnetic circuit part. The magnetic circuit part defines a pole plate, a first magnet disposed at a center portion of the pole plate, and a plurality of second magnets surrounding the first magnet and forming a magnetic gap corporately with the first magnet. Each of the second magnets forms a receiving gap corporately with an adjacent second magnet. A voice coil is partially inserted into the magnetic gap.

Electromagnetic transducer

A micro-speaker includes a yoke, a magnet assembly attached to the yoke, a voice coil, and a diaphragm connected with the voice coil. The yoke defines a bottom wall, and a number of sidewalls extending upwards from the bottom wall. The magnet assembly includes a main magnet positioned on the bottom wall, and a number of secondary magnets positioned on tops of the sidewalls.

Micro-speaker

A multi-function vibrating device is disclosed. The multi-function vibrating device providing sound producing and vibration functions includes a holder having a hollow space, a suspension divided into at least two parts, a vibration member suspended by the suspension and having at least a pair of receiving concaves for fixing the corresponding two parts of the suspension. The multi-function vibrating device has larger vibrating amplitude and small size.

Multi-function vibrating device

A speaker includes a vibrating unit, and a magnetic circuit unit. The vibrating unit includes a diaphragm, an elastic plate coupled with the diaphragm, and a voice coil electrically connecting to the elastic plate. The vibrating unit is mounted to and positioned by the magnetic circuit unit. A projection of the diaphragm on the magnetic circuit unit is disposed within an outline of the magnetic circuit unit. The speaker has no frame or any structure with a frame configuration, which makes the magnetic circuit unit larger and more powerful.

Speaker with elastic plate coupled to diaphragm

A multifunctional vibrator includes a frame, a vibrating unit receiving in the frame and including a magnetic circuit part with a magnetic gap, a plurality of elastic members connecting the vibrating unit and the frame, and a voice coil partially inserted into the magnetic gap. Each elastic member includes a retaining portion assembling to an inner face of the frame, a connecting portion attached to the vibrating unit, and an elastic portion extending from the retaining portion to the connecting portion along a devious way. The elastic portion of elastic members includes a first arm capable of generating elastic deformation along a short axis direction of the vibrating unit and a second arm capable of generating elastic deformation along a long axis direction of the vibrating unit.

Multifunctional vibrator

Disclosed is a multi-magnet system for speaker. The multi-magnet system includes a yoke having a bottom, a pair of main magnets separated from each other and mounted on the bottom of the yoke, respectively, a mid-magnet mounted on the bottom of the yoke and located between the pair of main magnets, and a pair of auxiliary magnets attached to two ends of the yoke. Wherein, the first main magnet together with the first auxiliary magnet and the mid-magnet defines a first magnetic gap and the second main magnet together with the second auxiliary magnet and the mid-magnet defines a second magnetic gap. By virtue of place the magnets at appropriate locations, the sensitivity of the speaker is effectively enhanced.

A voice coil is partially inserted into the magnetic gap.

Multifunctional electromagnetic transducer

A multi-magnet speaker is disclosed. The multi-magnet speaker includes a frame defining a hollow space, a magnetic system defining a yoke and a plurality of magnetic gaps positioned in the hollow space, a diaphragm mounted on the frame and a plurality of coils attached to the bottom of the diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a plurality of vibrating membranes each defining a dome part and an arcuate portion radially extending from the periphery of the dome part. Each of the coils is received in the corresponding magnetic gap to drive the corresponding vibrating membrane to vibrate.

Multi-magnetic speaker

A speaker includes a case, a dome, a diaphragm, a first voice coil, a second voice coil, a first pole plate, a second pole plate, a first magnet, a second magnet and a yoke. The case is supported on the frame to form a receiving room therebetween. The yoke includes a bottom portion and a side portion perpendicularly extending upward from the center of the bottom portion. A first magnetic gap is formed between the inner wall of the side portion and the outer wall of the magnet for receiving the first voice coil, and a second magnetic gap is formed between the outer wall of the side portion and the inner wall of the second magnet for receiving the second voice coil.

Speaker with dual magnetic circuits

A diaphragm is disclosed. The diaphragm includes a dome part, an edge part connected to an outer peripheral part of the dome part. The dome part includes a main body defining a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, a first dome part connected to the first surface, and a second dome part connected to the second surface.
