The method includes: S: starting direct drive transmission system for overall zero returning; S: reading a zero signal of the first incremental position feedback means identified by a corresponding second incremental position feedback means; S: determining whether any actuator reads two zero signals; if yes, performing step S; otherwise, returning to step S; S: determining according to a distance between two zero signals fed back by the actuator that the corresponding mover has completed zero returning, and further completing zero returning of the direct drive transmission system; and S: acquiring, by the controller based on the direct drive transmission system after zero returning, position information of the movers, and driving the movers to move. Compared with the related art, the present disclosure has good position feedback effect, high positioning accuracy, and good drive control effect.

The present disclosure provides a linear driving apparatus. The linear driving apparatus includes: stators; rotors slidably arranged on the stators; a driving component configured to drive the rotors to slide along an extension direction of the stators; first position feedback units provided with one first position feedback unit provided with a marking signal; and second position feedback units arranged on the stators and spaced apart. The second position feedback units is configured to read position information of the first position feedback units and read the marking signal. The linear driving apparatus in the present disclosure can simplify a manner of identifying the rotor without additional sensors, thereby reducing costs.

A multi-mover direct drive transmission system, including: stator unit formed by stator segments and includes frame and coil windings; mover units movable relative to the stator unit and each includes mover slidably connected to the stator unit and movable relative to the frame, and magnet fixed to the mover; and actuators. The magnet is arranged opposite to and spaced from the coil winding, and the coil winding drives the magnet to drive the mover. The frame includes feedback segments and transition segments. The stator unit further includes hall elements. The hall element outputs a hall signal according to a magnetic field variation detected. The actuator calculates an electrical angle and calculates a drive current, the coil winding drives the magnet to move to realize position correction. The multi-mover direct drive transmission system has a simple structure, a small number of components, and is simple and easy-to-implement the motion control method.
