An OLED device is provided, including a substrate and a plurality of OLED subpixels arranged on the substrate. An insulating barrier is provided between every two adjacent OLED subpixels with different colors, and the barrier is configured to block a carrier diffusion between the two adjacent OLED subpixels. The disclosure further provides a display apparatus including the OLED device, which can prevent the light emission crosstalk between the adjacent OLED subpixels and avoid the color coordinate shift of the OLED subpixels.

The present invention provides a TFT substrate manufacturing method and a TFT substrate. In the TFT substrate manufacturing method of the present invention, a pattern of the gate metal layer has been designed such that reflective blocks are included in a gate metal layer at locations corresponding to areas in which connection holes are to be formed so that in a process of forming the connection holes, light is reflected by the reflective blocks to enhance intensity of exposure on locations where the connection holes are formed. Thus, even under the condition that limit exposure size of an existing exposure machine is constrained, it is still possible to ensure full exposure in forming the connection holes in a high PPI display panel device to thereby realize production of high display panel products.

Disclosed is a flexible substrate, comprising a first organic layer, a first inorganic layer, a second organic layer and a second inorganic layer. The first inorganic layer is located on the first organic layer. The first inorganic layer comprises first strips which are spaced. The first strip comprises a first middle part and two first side parts. The second organic layer covers the first inorganic layer. The second inorganic layer is located on one side of the second organic layer remote from the first organic layer. The second inorganic layer comprises second strips which are spaced. The second strip comprises a second middle part and two second side parts. An extension direction of the second strips is the same as an extension direction of the first strips, the second organic layer is partially interposed between two first strips and between two second strips which are adjacent.

The present invention provides a pixel unit and an array substrate. The pixel electrode includes four branch sections to divide the pixel zone into four display domains, helping improve the large angle color shifting problem of a display product and also simplifying the structure of the pixel electrode and making the manufacturing process simple, and facilitating the production of large-size wide-angle display products. The array substrate of the present invention is composed, in the horizontal direction, of multiple pixel units. The pixel units each include a pixel electrode that includes four branch sections to divide the pixel zone into four display domains, helping improve the large angle color shifting problem of a display product, and the pixel electrode has a simple structure to simplify the manufacturing process and facilitate the production of large-size wide-angle display products.
