A relative positional relationship between a battery tab and a reference part on the winding shaft is determined from the image. Based on this positional relationship and the layer number of the Nth electrode plate section, a misalignment amount of the battery tab is calculated for when the wound electrode plate is later pressed into a battery cell. The method enables real-time monitoring of tab alignment during winding, improving accuracy in battery cell assembly.

Because the first member and the second member are independent members, and they can be formed by separately cutting a sheet. Because the first member and the second member each are small in size and simple in structure, and they can be rapidly formed by using less material, the whole structure of the buffering member is simple and the buffering member uses less material, thereby maximally improving the utilization rate of the sheet.

The frame is composed of a peripheral wall, the peripheral wall encloses to form a receiving cavity closed in a circumferential direction and opened at two ends in an axial direction, the peripheral wall is provided with at least one adhesive injection hole passing through the peripheral wall. The battery module comprises a plurality of secondary batteries arranged side by side, the frame and an adhesive. The secondary batteries are received in the receiving cavity. The adhesive comprises: a first part which adheres every two adjacent secondary batteries; a second part which adheres two secondary batteries positioned at outermost sides of the plurality of secondary batteries in an arrangement direction with the peripheral wall; a third part which adheres a lower side of the first part and a lower side of the second part with the peripheral wall.

The battery module comprises: a plurality of mono-batteries arranged along an arrangement direction; and a frame receiving and fixing the plurality of mono-batteries. The battery module further comprises a plurality of isolating plates, each isolating plate is interposed between two adjacent mono-batteries, each isolating plate is provided with a through hole penetrating along the arrangement direction. Each isolating plate is configured to be capable of self-foaming to make a volume of each isolating plate expanded when each isolating plate is heated and a temperature of each isolating plate is more than 200&#xb0; C. When one mono-battery suffers thermal runaway, the through hole of each isolating plate can form air thermal resistance, thereby preventing heat generated by the runaway mono-battery from massively and quickly transferring to the large surfaces of the adjacent mono-batteries, so as to achieve the purpose of thermal isolation.

The present disclosure relates to a battery module, including: a housing having two oppositely disposed openings and a hollow chamber communicating with the two openings in a first direction; a battery stack disposed in the hollow chamber and comprising two or more battery cells, wherein each battery cell has first and second vent plates disposed opposite to each other in the first direction; a first end plate corresponding to one of the two openings and connected to the housing, wherein the first end plate is provided with a module output pole electrically connected to the battery stack and a deformable plate disposed opposite to the module output pole, and the deformable plate faces the first vent plate; a second end plate corresponding to the other of the two openings and connected to the housing; and a blocking member disposed between the second end plate and the battery stack.
