An optical lens has a lens component including at least one first lens and a lens barrel portion holding the at least one first lens, an outer part of the lens barrel portion having a first fastener arranged in a circumferential direction, and a lens driving component including a drive portion and a drive portion carrier. The drive portion drives the lens component, and an inner part of the drive portion carrier has a second fastener arranged in a circumferential direction. The first and second fasteners are engaged to couple the lens component and the lens driving component, and one of the first and second fasteners has an inclined portion that is inclinedly configured in the circumferential direction.

The optical lenses include a first lenses part including a first lens and a second lenses part including a second lens. The second lens and the first lens constitute an imageable optical system. A first adhesive material is located in a first gap between the first and second lenses parts, the first adhesive material supporting and fixing the first and second lenses parts. The first lenses part has a first bottom surface, and the second lenses part has a second top surface. An adhesive applying area for arranging the first adhesive material is provided on the first bottom surface and/or the second top surface. A first adhesive blocking portion is provided on the first bottom surface and/or a third adhesive blocking portion is provided on the second top surface.

The present application provides an optical lens, comprising: a first lens component, a second lens component and a first glue material. A first lens sheet group of the first lens component and a second lens sheet group of the second lens component together constitutes an imageable optical system, wherein a second lens barrel of the second lens component has an outer top surface and an inner top surface, and the second lens sheet group bears against the inner top surface. The outer top surface comprises a glue spreading surface suitable for arranging the first glue material and an extension surface formed by extending from the glue spreading surface to a central axis of the second lens barrel, there is a first thickness from the glue spreading surface to the inner top surface, there is a second thickness from the extension surface to the inner top surface, and the first thickness is greater than the second thickness. The present application further provides a corresponding camera module and an assembling method. The present application can improve the mechanical strength and reliability of the black object of the second lens component, can improve the yield of the optical lens or the camera module, and contributes to the miniaturization of the camera module.

Optical lens, camera module and assembling method

A lens group assembly includes a lens barrel and a plurality of lenses. The lenses are embedded in the lens barrel to assemble the lens group, and there is an adhesive material between at least two of the lenses and/or between at least one of the lenses and the lens barrel to reinforce the structural strength of the assembled lens group. A corresponding optical lens, a camera module and a lens group assembling method are also included. Assembling accuracy and assembling stability of the high-sensitivity multi-lens optical system is improved by increasing the adhesion between the lenses. Variation of the optical lens is reduced based on an active calibration process. Adhesive material that might otherwise overflow is accommodated. Defects caused by the assembly of the optical lens are reduced based on the active calibration process, especially the field curvature and peak variation.

The present application provides an optical lens, comprising: a first lens component comprising at least one first lens sheet; a second lens component comprising a second lens barrel and at least one second lens sheet mounted in the second lens barrel, wherein the at least one second lens sheet and the at least one first lens sheet together constitute an imageable optical system, wherein at least a part of the outer side surface of the second lens sheet at the bottommost end among the at least one second lens sheet is exposed to the outside of the second lens barrel, and the top surface of the second lens sheet at the bottommost end bears against the bottom surface of the second lens barrel; and a connecting medium adapted to fix the first lens component and the second lens component together. The present application further provides a corresponding camera module and optical lens and camera module assembly methods. The present application can effectively reduce the size of the optical lens in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis on the premise of an established optical design, and at the same time can ensure the imaging quality of the optical lens.

An optical camera lens includes a first camera lens component including at least one first lens and a second camera lens component including a second lens barrel and at least one second lens mounted in the second lens barrel. The first and second lenses together constitute an imageable optical system. At least one of the two camera lens components has a smooth region located on an end surface of the camera lens component, and a connecting medium for fixing the first and second camera lens components together. A corresponding assembly method of the optical camera lens and a corresponding camera module and an assembly method thereof are also provided. The optical camera lens can improve a pre-positioning accuracy by improving a height measurement accuracy, and can use a distance measuring point as a feature point of image recognition so as to perform pre-positioning and active calibration.

The position shift of the lens sheet caused by the deformation of the lens barrel can be reduced, and the imaging quality of the optical lens or the camera module can be improved.
