A microchannel flat tube applicable in a microchannel heat exchanger includes a flat tube body and a row of channels. The row of channels is arranged in the flat tube body along a width direction. The row of channels extends through the flat tube body along a length direction. A cross-section of each channel includes a first width in the width direction and a first height in a thickness direction. The row of channels at least includes a first group of first channels, a second group of second channels and a third group of third channels along the width direction. The first widths of the first channels, the second channels and the third channels decrease at a fixed value, thereby facilitating the control of the thickness of the microchannel flat tube and improving the heat exchange efficiency.

The present application provides a pipeline adapter including a first connection block, a second connection block, a fastener and a seal ring. The first connection block is provided with a first channel and a first annular positioning groove disposed around the first channel. The second connection block is provided with a second channel communicating with the first channel and a second annular positioning platform fitting inside the first annular positioning groove. The second annular positioning platform is disposed around the second channel. The fastener connects the first connection block to the second connection block. The seal ring fits between the first annular positioning groove and the second annular positioning platform. The pipeline adapter is convenient to use, has a favorable sealing effect, and facilitates pipeline connection of a refrigeration system.

The present disclosure discloses an infrared sensor, an infrared gas detector and an air quality detection device. The infrared sensor includes electrodes, a substrate, an isolation layer and a graphene film. The graphene film has a periodical nanostructure. The infrared sensor enhances the absorption of infrared light, and is capable of only absorbing specific infrared wavelengths, thus improving the selective performance of the infrared gas detector.

A refrigerant distributor for a heat exchanger is disclosed. The refrigerant distributor comprises: a pipe for distributing a refrigerant, the pipe having a channel therein in which the refrigerant flows. The channel has at least one portion having reduced cross-section area. With the above configuration, the distributor relieves the layering of refrigerant flowing in a distributing pipe and mixes the vapor-liquid refrigerant relatively uniformly.

A micro-channel heat exchanger includes an inlet manifold fluidly connected with an outlet manifold by a plurality of generally parallel tubes, further defining a plurality of generally parallel micro-channels therethrough. Refrigerant is introduced to the heat exchanger through a distributor tube disposed within the inlet manifold. The distributor tube includes a plurality of non-circular openings disposed along the length thereof which act as an outlet for refrigerant flow into the inlet manifold and eventually into and through the tubes and micro-channels. The openings are preferably slots arranged along the length of the distributor tube at an angle relative to the longitudinal direction of the distributor tube and oriented within the inlet manifold for a general direction of refrigerant flow at an angle relative to the general direction of refrigerant flow through the tubes. Alternative shapes for the openings are also considered.

Multi-channel heat exchanger with improved uniformity of refrigerant fluid distribution

The present invention discloses a micro-channel heat exchanger comprising manifolds, a plurality of micro-channel flat tubes connected to the manifolds, and a plurality of rows of fins spaced apart by the micro-channel flat tubes. The micro-channel heat exchanger is provided with at least one bend designed to avoid the deformation of the fins on two inner sides adjacent to the bend due to crushing and meanwhile maintaining the ventilation and heat exchange functionalities of the bend. For example, the bend may include at least one row of fins where the width of the fins are less than the width of the fins on two sides adjacent to the bend. Alternatively, the gap between the fins in the bend can be greater than the gap between the fins on two sides adjacent to the bend. Still alternatively, the bend can be formed with a space for separating cores of the heat exchanger.

Micro-channel heat exchanger

There is disclosed a micro-channel heat exchanger, comprising a first header formed with an inlet; a second header spaced apart from the first header, one of the first and second headers being formed with an outlet; flat tubes, two ends of each flat tube being connected with the first and second headers respectively such that a plurality of micro-channels of each flat tube communicate with the first and second headers; fins, each fin being disposed between two adjacent flat tubes; and a return pipe, a first end of which being connected to the outlet formed in one of the first and second headers and a second end thereof being extended towards the other of the first and second headers. The location of the outlet of the micro-channel heat exchanger is easy to change, and the micro-channel heat exchanger is low in cost, compact in structure and easy to install.

The present invention discloses a fin of heat exchanger comprising a straight segment; a substantially-circular arc segment having a radius of R; and a substantially-circular arc transition segment connected between the straight segment and the substantially-circular arc segment and having a radius of r, wherein R&#x3e;r. According to the present invention, after being assembled and welded to the heat exchanger, the substantially-circular arc segment is relatively easy to deform, and the shapes of the straight segment and substantially-circular arc transition segment are substantially unchanged. Therefore, the deformation of the fin is regular and easy to control. The arranging density of the fin in the heat exchanger is uniform, and the shape of the fin can meet the design requirements. In addition, the shape stability and the heat transfer coefficient of the fin are high.

Fin, heat exchanger and heat exchanger assembly

A heat exchanger assembly including a first and second heat exchangers disposed in sandwiched relationship with one another. The tubes and air fins of the first and second heat exchangers are aligned with one another in a transverse air flow direction. A plurality of middle connecting portions are integral with and extend in the transverse air flow direction between the aligned first and second air fins of the two heat exchangers. Each of the middle connecting portions has a slot for impeding heat conduction between the first and second air fins, and each of the slots in the middle connecting portions is disposed closer to the first tubes than to the second tubes to maximize the effective length of the second air fin.

Heat exchanger assembly

A heat exchanger assembly includes an upper and lower manifold. A plurality of tubes have flat sides and extend between the upper and lower manifold. A plurality of fins extend back and forth between and along the flat sides of adjacent ones of the tubes forming a continuous serpentine path. Each of the fins include a plurality of legs that extend between the adjacent ones of the tubes. A plurality of end portions extend along the tube sides so that adjacent legs are connected by one of the end portions to define a tube space between said adjacent legs. Each of the tubes include a plurality of spaced protrusions extending outwardly from both of the flat sides of said tubes into the tube space between the legs. A plurality of spaced projections extend inwardly from said end portions of said fins between said legs for interrupting air flow.

Conditioned air discharged from a vehicle heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit is further conditioned by a thermoelectric (TE) air conditioning unit and then directed to air passages in a vehicle seat. Activation of the TE air conditioning unit is based on climate control parameters utilized by the HVAC unit, including a set temperature, radiant heating effects, and cabin air temperature. The climate control parameters are utilized to establish a target seat temperature that optimizes occupant comfort and the transient response of the seat cooling effect.
