The hollow body molding aid includes a body, a connector, a first profiling assembly, a second profiling assembly, and a positioning mechanism. The connector is fixedly connected to the body. The first profiling assembly is fixedly disposed on one side of the body and is configured to position one half of a reinforced housing. The second profiling assembly is fixedly disposed on the other side of the body and is configured to position the other half of the reinforced housing. The positioning mechanism is disposed on the first profiling assembly and the second profiling assembly. The reinforced housing can be positioned, thus guaranteeing molding quality of the reinforced housing and blanks. In addition, the reinforced housing can be accurately positioned in a cavity of a mold through a manipulator, without the need to use a plurality of air cylinders for step-by-step driving.

An outer surface of the end surface component is covered by a second material. An outer edge of the end surface component has a regular or irregular shape. The structure resolves a problem that a second material wrapping a first material and connected to an inner wall of a plastic tank may be easily pulled off the inner wall. When a fuel tank is impacted, the support rod of the structure breaks first, to protect the surface of the fuel tank from damage.

A rigid connecting device for connecting the upper and lower surfaces inside an oil tank includes a connecting rod. Method for molding two-piece blow molded hollow tank by using auxiliary male molds

The present invention relates to an automobile urea tank and a forming method thereof. The method includes the following steps: 1) producing an upper half casing and a lower half casing through an injection molding method; 2) after the upper half casing and the lower half casing are formed, assembling built-in parts of the upper half casing and the lower half casing; 3) welding the assembled upper half casing and the assembled lower half casing to form a whole; and 4) assembling components on surfaces of the upper half casing and the lower half casing. This method can improve design freedom of built-in elements of the tank body, and can save a lot of raw materials; the structure is simple and firm; moreover, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cycle is shortened.

A molding method of blow-molding a hollow tank body with a built-in component is provided. The method molds the hollow tank body by molding the sheet parisons in the half molds. After the moving cooperation of the half molds, an expanding mechanism of a pre-molding template device, the template half plates and the bases, the half molds are respectively leaned against the closed template half plates, and the sheet parisons are leaned against the half molds by blowing and/or sucking so as to be pre-molded. The tank body is molded after placing the component into it. A pre-molding template device is also provided. An expanding mechanism and the template half plates are mounted on the bases, and the bases are mounted on a rail bracket, the bases are driven by a power device to move on the rail bracket.
