The board includes a substrate, luminance signal lines arranged in a first direction and extending in a second direction, and control signal lines arranged in the second direction and extending in the first direction. The board has sub-regions each including a drive chip and a LED lamp group; drive chips corresponding to a row of sub-regions arranged in the first direction are electrically connected to the same control signal line; drive chips corresponding to a column of sub-regions arranged in the second direction are electrically connected to the same luminance signal line; and the drive chip obtains a luminance signal provided by the luminance signal line under the control of a control signal provided by the control signal line, and controls a corresponding LED lamp group to emit light according to the luminance signal.

The display control method of the present disclosure includes: determining a data stream format according to data streams for the tframe of image; determining a dynamic region and image data thereof from the data streams for the tframe of image when the data stream format is a regional transmission format; and transmitting the image data for the dynamic region and/or the image data for the (t−1)frame of image in the buffer space to the display assembly according to the end-of-transmission identifier in the data streams for the tframe of image and the configuration command of the tframe of image, so that the display assembly refreshes the display image.

The touch display device includes power supply module including: power supply control circuit; power management chip provides touch operation processing circuit, touch display control driver circuit and touch integrated circuit with operating voltage; the touch operation processing circuit provides first control signal to control signal output terminal when the touch display device is in sleep-state, to enable the power supply control circuit to supply power to the power management chip via second power supply terminal under control of the first control signal; and provides second control signal to the control signal output terminal when the touch display device is in the sleep-state and the touch display panel is touched, to enable the power supply control circuit to supply power to the power management chip via first power supply terminal under control of the second control signal.

The method includes: obtaining a target video which comprises a plurality of video frames arranged in sequence, and sending sequentially the plurality of video frames to a display module, by a graphics processing unit; for each video frame, receiving and playing the video frame for a target duration from a start moment of receiving the video frame, by the display module; wherein target durations for which the display module plays at least two video frames in the target video are not equal. The technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the refresh rate of a video.

The method comprises the following steps: S, providing a first substrate and a two-dimensional nanomaterial layer on a surface of the first substrate; S, covering the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer with a carbon nanotube film structure; S, obtaining a composite structure comprising the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer and the carbon nanotube film structure by removing the first substrate with a corrosion solution; S, cleaning the composite structure by placing the composite structure on a surface of a cleaning solution; S, picking up the composite structure from the cleaning solution with a target substrate, by contacting the target substrate with the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer of the composite structure; and S, removing the carbon nanotube film structure from the composite structure.

The present invention relates to a method for transferring two-dimensional nanomaterials. The method comprises the following steps: (S) providing a first substrate with a two-dimensional nanomaterial layer on a surface of the first substrate; (S) covering the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer with a carbon nanotube film structure; (S) obtaining a composite structure comprising the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer and the carbon nanotube film structure by removing the first substrate with a corrosion solution to; (S) placing the composite structure on a surface of a cleaning solution; (S) providing a target substrate comprising at least one through hole, and picking up the composite structure from the cleaning solution with the target substrate by contacting the target substrate with the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer of the composite structure and covering the at least one through hole with two-dimensional nanomaterial layer; and (S) removing the carbon nanotube film structure from the composite structure.

The present invention relates to a method for transferring two-dimensional nanomaterials. The method comprises: (S) providing a first substrate with a two-dimensional nanomaterial layer on a surface of the first substrate and a carbon nanotube composite film comprising a carbon nanotube film structure and a nanomaterial layer stacked with each other; (S) covering the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer with the carbon nanotube composite film, wherein the carbon nanotube film structure of the carbon nanotube composite film is in contact with the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer; (S) obtaining a composite structure comprising the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer and the carbon nanotube composite film by removing the first substrate with a corrosion solution; (S) placing the composite structure on a surface of a cleaning solution for cleaning; (S) picking up the composite structure from the cleaning solution by contacting the target substrate with the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer; and (S) removing the carbon nanotube composite film.

The present invention relates to a transmission electron microscope (TEM) micro-grid and a method for preparing the TEM micro-grid. The TEM micro-grid comprises a porous silicon nitride substrate and a graphene layer located on a surface of the porous silicon nitride substrate. The porous silicon nitride substrate comprises a plurality of through holes. The graphene layer covers the plurality of through holes. The method for preparing the TEM micro-grid provided in the present disclosure uses a carbon nanotube film structure to transfer a graphene layer to a surface of a porous silicon nitride substrate.
